The actual "Y" cable that should connect to 2 computers is so short there is no way you could connect them even if the computers were right next to each other. It is a silly design and you can't really see it until you get it in the mail. Now I know. :(

Rated 5 out of 5 byNT from This is NOT a true "Y" cableI bought this to use as a "Y" cable, but one end is not a full USB cable, it is only for getting power from the usb port. This is useless as a "Y" cable. Both of the Male "A" ends need to be fully USB compliant for this to be of any use. Do not buy this to use as a "Y" cable, it will not work.
