What Comprises Remote Managed Services?

Network Services

Our Managed Network Services (MNS) offering provides monitoring and management support for both wide area networks (WANs) and local area networks (LANs). We design, engineer, implement, and provide ongoing, 24x7x365 network management support.

System and Storage

We provide day-to-day operational management and support for your system’s infrastructure so that you can focus more on your core organizational objectives and less on maintenance.

We monitor and manage:

  • Microsoft Windows, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint
  • SUSE and RedHat Linux, IBM pSeries, IBM iSeries, IBM DB2, and IBM Websphere
  • Sun Solaris and Oracle

Intrusion Prevention

With information theft, virus attacks, and application abuse on the rise, it is critical for you to secure your organization’s network and protect valuable resources. We provide comprehensive network security through deployment and management of several key Cisco security technologies.

Unified Communications

Our Managed Services for Cisco Unified Communications provide monitoring and management of voice server infrastructure, converged voice networks, and contact center software.

Our Managed Services offerings are built around ITIL best practices. Our governance training, a requirement for all Managed Services staff members, is based on the ITIL approach to IT service management. We have more than 20 ITIL‑certified employees, including the ITIL Foundation Certification, and the top ITIL certification, the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management.

SAS 70

Our Managed Services practice completes a yearly Statement of Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type II audit. This demonstrates how we establish effective control objectives and control activities. The clean (unqualified) opinion expressed in this audit provides confirmation of the strength of our quality control activities and processes in relation to our hosting environment and managed services.

PCI Compliance

We have received a clean Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Report on Compliance, which indicates compliance with the PCI DSS standard.
