Does Not Work with Mac
I tried to get this to work with my Macbook but it would not be recognized. I tried to get help from the ASUS support desk but it was impossible so I gave up and returned it.

Great Screen
I use 3 screens at my office, so I'm used to multitasking across screens. Having a portable 2nd screen while out of the office is awesome.

Great portable screen for this price!
Pros:
1. 1920x1080 IPS panel with Matte finish. (Superior to my ThinkPad W510 15.6” 1080p Matte screen.
2. Only one connection - USB 3.0 (No extra power source needed)
3. ASUS MB169B+ even works on USB 2.0 (No extra power)
4. Lightweight and fits along with laptop in laptop bag
5. Good for Programmer, PowerPoint or any other documentation. Very crisp display.
6. Motion picture quality: MB169B+ has a good display for watching movies. Some people complain that colors are washed out.
That's a characteristic of IPS panel. Furthermore, I think it is subjective.
7. MB169B+ Mouse Lag: Observed No Lag when used for Programming, documentation, web browsing, YouTube, Netflix.
However, gamers would notice a lag.
8. Screen auto-tilt function works well (as tested on Windows 7)
9. Viewable from all angles (IPS panel)
Cons:
1. Supplied Stand is not good enough. I bought $10 Anker Stand
2. Support for Linux drivers: ASUS MB169B+ does not work on rpm based Linux (CentOS, RHEL).

Simple, Functional
The monitor is light and easily portable. It worked without drivers or hassle. I buy them for corporate travelers who need multiple monitors and have had no support issues yet.

Best screen you can
The quality of this screen is awesome. The price is reasonable. It is very difficult to find it these days available. I had to wait until it is was back available in stock and it was worth the wait.

Great Second Monitor
I purchased this monitor so when working remote or travelling with my laptop I could have a second screen. Very easy to setup and have operational. It comes with a nice travel case/cover too. The monitor is perfect for my use. The only reason i indicated Good on design is that the "stand" for the monitor is to prop up using the travel case and i am not sure how that will work out for long term. It works now, but might have to consider another method for holding monitor upright.

Just because it doesn't work for Mac doesn't mean it doesn't work. When used with a real laptop it works great.
