Importing users .PST's and then capturing their existing mail account and all inbound/outbound emails was simple to setup and configure. I did utilize Barracuda's support to accomplish the specific things we needed done - but we couldn't have been happier.This truly was a set it and forget it installation. Users loved having quick and easy access to their emails through Outlook. The searches for us were lightning fast.Great product - support was fine - no problem!
