Perfect docking station for home office.
This is a fantastic docking station. I have two HDMI cables coming in from my external monitors along with the connection from my laptop. Super easy to set up! Very small footprint makes it easy to fit on my desk with the other three devices and still have room to work/write.

Having some issues
When it's working it's perfect but on a couple of occasions, I have lost the video output. Both of the HDMI displays I have connected went blank for 5 seconds. Very distracting when you are presenting in a meeting.

Works Great
We have purchased a few of these units for Dell and Lenovo laptops. These have been working great so far, no issues what's soever. When connecting to a non Dell unit make sure to download the driver from the Dell website.

Had the USB-C Dock that had many problems. Switched to the USB 3.0 and it works great!

Great features, easy to use, but slightly unclear driver installation
The docking station works well, is easy to set up physically, and easily connects to supported devices, but the in-box documentation provides two links to drivers. It's not clear if you need to install both or just one of them (and if so, which one).
