Rated 5 out of 5 by from The WD15 is a great product. While I think it's overpriced Dell has made a great dock I use dozens on them with 5520, 5510, 5480, 5490, 5580 and 5590 with no issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from USB-C port not secure and cable unreliableWe have had numerous issues with the USB-C cable that links to the laptop just stop working. It is a simple fix-just replace it. Problem is that you have to send it back to Dell for a new one. If you don't get the right rep, they insist you send the laptop with it to test. I cannot just take the user's laptop from them when they are claims specialists. The USB-c port is also very difficult to maintain. Any movement makes it disconnect. There is no "click" or anything that affirms you are securely connected to the cable in the dock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product takes up very little space on the desktop relestate. These new docks are good. Only thing that would have made them better is if they had the standard dell display port connection. Most people run duel monitors these days so you have to make sure what cable connections your monitor accepts. You may have to purchase adpators. Also, you may have to go to Dells site and down load the current drivers for the TB165 and reinstall them. Especially the firmware updater. Running the firmware updater for it was the only way I could get mine to see and use two monitors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dell ProductThe Dell latitude Family is moving to the type-C connection. Which is good and bad. The bad news is all of our previous Dell Latitude laptops does not work with this model dock. Sometimes when you try to power your computer on using the power button on the dock, sometimes does not power up the laptop while connected. The video adapter is VGA, and In my opinion, it should be DVI, since most newer monitors are DVI and or HDMI. The good, it's small and does not take up a lot of desk space.
