Double-sided printing was key Missing Feature: the print feeder can only print single sided unless you flip the paper Speed: Fast b&w printing Ink Usage: Unsure at this time. Printer shuts off power if it's on standby for too long, you have to power it back up. Their may be a setting that I can update that I have not found yet.

Sent it back for refund...I miss the days when printers were sturdy and worked.. loved Canon for so many years. Now going to try a Brother printer..

The only reason we didn't give it 5-stars is because the paper seems to jam pretty easily. Not sure if there is a trick around that, but in the feeder or if it's printing from a tray it does appear to jam often.

Homeschooling 6 kids because schools are closed (COVID-19 - so I didn't have time to call and report it - and before I realized it I went past the 30 return policy! This meant I had to go through the trouble of contacting Epson for support instead of just returning it :o(!!! Thank GOD Epson was compassionate enough to replace it with a new one, which they normally don't do (only refurbished)! Very unhappy with the Dell 30 day policy - especially during such a stressful time already!
