Well engineered monitor arm but there is room for improvement.
I was looking for a monitor arm that could support two 32" 4K monitors and this was one of the few high quality arms I found that could support that. Even though the size fits and the weight of the monitors is well below the max weight of the arm, I still find that it sags a bit depending on the orientation of arm. If the arm is turned left, it sags on the right and vice versa.The two monitors definitely need to be held together by the included velcro strips, otherwise they do not stay flush together (somehow the monitor attachment to the bar wobbles a bit, even with the safety screw).
A bit of a nitpick, I wish the monitor mounting plates were white as well. With entirely white monitors, and an explicit white arm, I still have large black mounting plates standing out.
While the monitor arm is a solid piece of engineering, and I certainly don't want to return it, I do feel there is room for improvement especially for large size monitors.
