Great for cardstock!
This is one of the only printers that will accept cardstock over 65lbs! Prints great and was even smart enough to know when it feeds in a paper or envelope badly and reprints it right away.

Complete lemon & difficult to get warranty support
Printer worked 2 1/2 months before stopped printing magenta. Bought new magenta cartridge and still no magenta. Tried multiple times to get support though HP (note: sold with "next business day service warranty". Finally, they told me they wouldn't warranty supplies, but it definately was a bad toner, to order another one. Ordered another toner (now have tried 3) and still no magenta. Then they insisted that one of the other colors must be bad and made me order all new toners for it. Then the new genuine HP yellow started dumping toner out everywhere, and still no magenta! Took 3 weeks of live chat, emails, phone calls and CDW rep to finally get them to send an HP technician out. The tech has now made 4 on-site visits, replaced at least 6 different parts and still has not fixed issue. The tech says he won't be back, and good luck dealing with HP. Can not recommend to anyone to buy, the "next business-day" part of warranty is a joke, and I have no faith I'll ever get a working repair/replacement at this point.

A plant's office
It prints well and quickly. It handles the demand of the office well. It prints in quality that is liked. The toner is very expensive but gives very detailed prints.

Very good printer
This printer, at the discounted price of $600, is an excellent value! Easy to set up and use, and the quality of the print is great.
I like the fact that it can handle my card stock, which many printers can't handle properly. I like the large paper tray and the fact that the manual tray can handle multiple sheets, as well - not just one sheet at a time.
The only drawbacks I've come across are that the duplexing (two-sided printing) feature won't work properly (the second side comes out upside down) - and nothing seems to correct that. And the manual paper tray on the side interferes a bit with the items on my desk, so I had to rearrange. But overall a very good printer.
