Rated 5 out of 5 byBob3276524 from PoorOrdered product and was told it shipped then was told it was on back order and would ship in 3 weeks. Cancelled order via email to CDW and requested a refund. Ordered a second unit from another distributer fro 1/2 the price and no shipping. then the unit showed up 2 days after the cancelling of the order. I have no Idea if I am being charged or not since CDW did not respond. I am willing to ship it back if CDW pays the shipping
