The 16-slot Juniper Networks EX8216 Ethernet switch offers a high-density, high-performance platform for aggregating access switches deployed in data center top-of-rack or end-of-row applications, as well as for supporting Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet server access in data center end-of-row deployments. The EX8216 delivers approximately 1.9 billion packets per second (Bpps) of high-density, wire-speed 10-Gigabit Ethernet performance for the largest data center networks.
