Rated 5 out of 5 byNewjupiter from Great dock with small footprintPlenty of ports, USB and video, if you use DisplayPort connectors. Takes up little space and you can hide them if you wish. If there are issues with ports, especially the Ethernet port, run Lenovo System Update while connected to the dock and see if there is a firmware update for the dock. That has fixed any issues I've had with them, and I've deployed dozens of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 byVince from I had to install many software upgradesAfter hooking everything up to my devices, I had to install several software updates to get all the ports to work properly. I'm still wait for the update that will activate the "always on" USB ports.

Rated 5 out of 5 byWDA1 from Nice but one huge flaw! SHORT DOCK CABLE!Dock is nice. Looks good and has all the ports I need. But the Thunderbolt3/power cable is only 16" long. I can not really even place the dock under the laptop and reach the plugs. Also it comes from opposite sides (left side of laptop and right side of dock) I have contacted Lenovo and this is the only cord offered. Also I do not like that it requires 2 power supplies. One is 65w and the other is 230w. Why would 230w not be enough to run laptop and dock? Hoping Lenovo releases longer dock cord options soon!

Rated 5 out of 5 byChris from The CORRECT P52 docking station!I had another lenovo docking station that seemed similar in appearance to this one. I had all sorts of issues with it. It would drop connections and I would lose all my peripherals. Of course this would always happen during meetings....losing network, sound, mic, dual monitors, etc. was ground shattering and would throw me off my game. I was extremely frustrated.This docking station fixed all that! I think it has something to do with the 300 watts of power being delivered to the docking station! 2 separate power supplies power this thing. Is this docking station green? No! Does it fail and drop connections? No! FIVE STARS FROM ME....Wish I didn't need so much juice to run this thing, but hey at least I have an alternative source of heat in the cold NE winters.
