Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spend too much time to get it attachedHave had this for about 10 days. It works fine if not attached to your belt. The magnet does not have enough pull to simply place the phone over the clip to get it to attach. Have to take clip off the belt to reattach the phone. Waste of $$

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Takes some getting used to...I bought this belt clip to replace a previous generation of belt clip/holster I had with my iPhone 6s. That version had a T-shaped cradle with a spring loaded clamp. While I enjoyed that version for almost 2 years, it finally gave way while I was sitting down in the movie theatre. The arm rest snagged the holster and snapped the clip at the hinge. This new version is definitely different. First off, it's way more compact. This is a great thing because the old version had such a large footprint that it almost looked like I was packing a sidearm. I was very pleased it lasted as long as it did. Other company's holsters bit the dust a lot faster. Secondly, this new version takes longer to get the hang of to get the phone to clip in. This was a little frustrating at first, but I've got about a week of usage and it's starting to become second nature. It's almost like learning how to clip in biking shoes to clipless pedals. Muscle memory and patience are required.Once clipped in, it doesn't come off unless you want it to. I had maybe 2 accidental drops in the very beginning, but for the most part, I don't see this system failing unless I clip my shirt in between or something along those lines.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase so far and would recommend it to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s right on.I like the thin design. And the durability. If the case. The belt clip is an optional piece. That I also purchased. It’s an amazing thing. However. I find it difficult to sometimes connect the two together. It does it’s job. When it’s connected though. And still would recommend buying it. If your tired of carrying the phone in your pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from learning curve for meI have only had a couple of weeks. It took me longer than it should have to figure out how it works. It is still clumsy for me to reattach the phone taking it off is quick and easy reattaching requires me to stop and look at it. To put the clip on my belt requires a lot of effort but it is secure once attached the spring is really stifff and I am old

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just not a good designI had my iPhone 6 in a LifeProof case it's entire life. When it was time to upgrade to an Xs,I immediately bought a new case and belt clip for it. The case was fine, but, I am not one of those who puts their phone in a pocket. I like to where mine on my belt. The new design of the belt clip is just bad, bad, bad. Sometimes it took 2 hands to put it in and you had to always worry if it was secure. I was much more confident in the locking mechanism of the older version. I wound up returning all my LifeProof purchases as there was no alternative. I NEED a durable, waterproof case and secure way to carry it. LifeProof has the case, but, no way to carry it efficiently. I am very disappointed in such a poor design in real world use. I am an outdoor professional, and LifeProof was my choice, until you totally screwed up the clip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected!Thank you Lifeproof for the quickmount, it works perfectly and the directions for installation are clear and easy. The quickmount works better than the holster for everyday use, no more hang ups or catches on the seat belt. The locking mechanism takes some getting used to but once you get the feel you'll love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst idea everThis clip is the worst clip i have ever had. 1. It makes you stick half the clip to your phone which sucks and 2. Since it is stuck to the back of your phone that means that the screen is exposed to everything. I work construction and this is literally a white collar idea meant for desk job type people. Buy the ones for $20 on amazon and do not waste your money on this. Incredibly disappointed and already have scratches on my BRAND NEW lifeproof case because of this HORRIBLE idea
