Easy to set up. Works as advertised. Eliminated my sound issues. I love that the master volume is on my desktop instead of up on top of the hutch directly on the speaker.

Compact package with big sound
It's a neat little package with big sound. Bought this over the Bose Companion 2 Series II. The speakers don't feel quite as premium, but the sound they deliver makes up for it. It sounds a bit more crisp and the bass is definitely more present. I wouldn't call these as musical speakers necessarily, but they are fantastic for movies thanks to the subwoofer.

Great sounding speakers but do not like the sound it makes when starting. Sounds like they are not hooked up properly but told they are fine and they do make that sound. The sound of plugging into an electrical sound system if I am making sense.

Wasnt worth it for me.
Returned, really bad sound quality for the money. You can get a bose bluetooth speaker for the same price that's way better. I expect more from 2.1 hardwired speaker. Thanks for the refund and good service though.

Good new sound system
We got a new computer so we needed a new speaker system. The sound is really good, also have a way to play cds, so this is a win win. Has a selection of different sounds, we like the acoustic one, it is the best for our ears. This is our 3rd set of Dell speakers, and it is the best.

Logitech Z313 Speaker System is superior!
This is a powerful speaker with great sound! Even better than the last Logitech speakers I had, it has great bass and full rich acoustic sound. Would recommend this for anyone looking for speakers to use for music, videos, etc. and very reasonably priced.

Okay speakers if I didn't have any already, but don't like how the speaker cords are connected together with the sub woofer, can't detached them. They material feel cheap, but the sound is okay.

Loud enough for my master bedroom
I only bought this sound system because I bought a monitor and the built on speaker wasn’t loud or loud enough so I knew I had to buy one to connect for my computer. I read all the reviews online on which one to get. I’m glad I went with this one because it is loud enough for my master bedroom when I’m in the bathroom getting ready I can play music on YouTube. So it definitely does the job. I wished they made them in different colors. It’s always either black wire or silver. The thing is I have a color theme and it’s beige in color so the black speakers don’t match. My keyboard is beige my mouse pad and mouse is beige. My chair is beige and my computer table is white. It would be fun if Dell had color choices in the future!

The sound quality is amazing especially if your familiar with crip sound. This set is great for a bedroom or medium size living room loud enough to be content indoors and discrete enough to keep nieghbors from complaining about loud music. I’m very happy.

They cried Wolf -- but there is no woof in the subwoofer!!
Boy I thought I was in for a wonderful surprise. The day I was able to get rid of my old clunky computer speaker system with subwoofer. I was so excited to install the Logitech Z313 sound speaker with subwoofer. The speaker system was lifeless. It had some sound coming from the dual speakers but the subwoofer was really disappointing. I tried all types of songs but there was very little base coming out. I reinstalled my old speakers and was excited to hear their vibrant tones again. I gave the Logitech Z313 away to a family member. If it would have been Christmas, I would have the perfect White Elephant gift. Please don't waste your hard earned bucks on this.

Pros
I can not believe the sound that comes out of these small speakers....it is fantastic. The subwoofer is nice and compact too not like my last one that was so big and heavy.
Cons
The wired control pod could have a longer wires but did end up velcrosing it to the top of the woofer...so it worked out just fine.

I am so happy with my purchase of and would definitely recommend this system. 5 Star for sure for the price.

Logitech Z313 speaker system ROCKS
I have had this speaker system for a few weeks now. The sound is awesome. I have no complaints. The speaker leads limit separation when the subwoofer is on the floor and the speakers at desk level... but these are "computer speakers" and they don't need much more separation to make my work space ROCK. The mids and highs are crisp and the woofer does its job to deliver bass that make you FEEL the rythym. Thank you Logitech, I have a big smile on my face listening to this system. Well done!

Cheap 2.1 speaker system
The Logitech Z313 was on sale and my other speakers had quit working, so I pick this up. It is good enough for playing the odd MP3 file or playing the Windows sounds.
The remote control is not very good, it is too light and the volume control is a wheel on the side of it. I solved the light problem with some double sided sticky tape.
Pretty good bass, but there is no tone or bass level control.
I wish now that I had spent a little more on a speaker system, but this is just okay. Don't expect high fidelity sound.

Small package, big sound, big value.
I never write reviews but this time I just had to. My previous speaker system, a Logitech Z-5500 is now being used as the home theatre so I needed a new set for my PC. I got these Z313 and WOW! For a 2.1 set, these are the greatest. The sub is the star of the show, it supplies good, clean bass even when turned up loud. It's powerful for its size. The speakers give crisp sound but lack range. A treble/bass knob would've helped to improved the somewhat thin sound.
Overall, the Z313 system is great. You cannot beat the sound in this price range. Even though its not perfect, I give it 5 stars because its high value and performs better than comparable systems. Highly recommended.

Wrong plroduct
When I purchased the Alpha, I got the speakers to go with it. The audio on the Alpha is digital and the Logitech speakers are not digital so they don't work. I have not used them so I can't say what I think of them

It sounds good by the price, but if you put the volume more than 75% starts to distort the audio. But in lower volume sound fine.

The speakers are loud, that is not a problem, however even with an eq and the low frequencies reduced to near nothing the bass is still drowning out the sound from the side channels. I would not reccomend nor would I purchase again.
