The Microsoft Core Client Access License (CAL) Suite gives customers a simple, cost-effective way to establish an investment in key Microsoft technologies through a single license agreement. The Microsoft Core CAL Suite encompasses four fundamental Microsoft server products that provide your organization identity management, directory services, enterprise communication (e-mail, calendar functions, and scheduling), collaborative workspaces, and asset management. The Core CAL Suite presents outstanding value and cost savings for customers looking to extend the capabilities of the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office system platforms.
MICROSOFT OPEN VALUE COMPANY-WIDE OPTION
With the Company-wide option, you can receive significant cost savings over other Open License options and secure a single price per desktop (five desktop minimum) for your entire organization. To help with cost management, you have the option to spread the payment for your license annually. You'll have control over software deployment with the rights to deploy the latest software as needed or the option to deploy as a standard desktop across your organization. And you'll have access to your licenses for as long as you need them (perpetual). To simplify management of your licenses, you can add licenses onto this agreement for other Microsoft software you deploy on a non-company-wide basis.
SOFTWARE ASSURANCE
Microsoft's Software Assurance gives you automatic access to new technology and provides productivity benefits, support, tools, and training to help deploy and use software efficiently.
With Software Assurance, you receive access to new versions of licensed software released during the term of your agreement to deploy at your own pace. New Version Rights simplifies the procurement process and shortens the business process cycle, allowing you to reduce the costs associated with acquiring new version releases and immediately take advantage of the latest technology.
