The quality of these cases far surpass any other case you can buy!! Ive dropped my phone at least 50 times but the glass is still perfectly in tact!!

I had an issue with the belt clip portion of the otter box but as soon as I contacted the company they sent out a replacement immediately. I have 4 phones in my family, each has an otter box on it.

"No problem," said the cheery customer support person, "we're kind of flexible on that." Five days later I had a new holster delivered to me by mail at no cost. I'm pleased and impressed. Thanks Otterbox.

Rated 5 out of 5 byWallyt from manufactur flawThis is a good looking sleek design but the belt clip fails big time, if it was redesigned so that the clip fastener was more durable by way of better plastic weld or out of medal this would be a good product I have lost two unit to this reason and just put a claim in for the second one each lasted a week on light use
