Rated 5 out of 5 bygjg13 from Solid!!! - Much better than available alternativesThe ‘available alternatives’ was directed that the lack of options on the market. There really aren’t many. Given how much heavier the 12.9” device is protection is going to be needed, unless you prefer to have to replace your iPad in a few months when it slips out of your hand.I dropped one star since this style wouldn’t be my first preference, but it’s all they had. It does the job well.NOTE: the Smart Keyboard does not stay in place very well. I purchased the InCase (padded rip stop) sleeve which fits well and allows for more confidence when carying it to meetings for from class to class. My iPad is the primary mobile device in my world. I’ve got everything dialed inn. This case capped of a good setup.

It works well with my Apple Smart Cover and easy to take off the side panel. Great, simple and secure. I just need a case for the Apple Pencil so it’s not exposed on the side so much. If Otterbox makes an Apple Pencil case it would be a great combo.

I’ve always used otter boxes for my devices so i’m not sure why this one is such junk. my volume buttons are completely unusable because the plastic won’t move. the case does not overlap the screen edges like in the photo and if you have a smart cover it will just pop right off every time you try and use it as a stand.

When dropped tablets like peanut butter sandwiches tend to land face down. A cover that snapped over the face when the iPad is just being carried would be a good improvement or a Velcro strip that would hold the Smart Keboard in place when folded up would be a big improvement and make it much less likely that the screen got cracked in a drop

Rated 5 out of 5 byLaynie from Great coverage!I am happy with this case in every way EXCEPT that during installation, it broke the seal on my glass screen protector, so now there are large bubbles on two corners. The edges are rubbery, not slick, which is a bonus for me. I mainly use the iPad Pro for piano music, and my original hard case was always at risk of slipping off piano desks (music racks), but the Otterbox is grippy, which I wanted. Great to have the Apple Pencil holder. Five stars if it hadn’t messed with my screen protector. Not sure how to solve that problem, as I’m not sure screen protector can be installed with Otterbox on the iPad...

Thanks Gavin!!!Work on a Cadillac lot and use my IPad Pro all the time....delivering a new Escalade One day I dropped it and it landed on the corner.....cracked the whole front glass.ughhhh....the Symmetry is simple to use and gives maximum protection! What is awesome is that it interchanges with the keyboard so easily! Not to mention it doesn’t have that military hardware look.....it has a refined transparent appearance very slim and unobtrusive but so effective!!!

This case is fairly easy to put on and take off. I've had no problems with the screen protector which I already had as it goes to the edge of the front face.

I don’t see any special protection and the Apple pen holder is so tight I’m afraid it will rip. Too bad. I expected more from you folks. I’m sending it back.
