I have tried the 3rd and 4th ones and neither fit well enough to be comfortable for very long. I'm a tall guy. Maybe my ears are bigger than these were designed for.

Rated 5 out of 5 byChris_B from Great loopsI have used the same headset for almost 5 years now. The loops work great even when worn for 5 hours or more straight. The only improvement I can think of would be to improve the design of the rubber pad that rests against the back of your ear in favor of something more durable. But regardless, I wouldn't use any other headset than this one. Period.

This is a unique company, from the ability to order small parts like this to their wonderful customer service which will walk you through any issue until your headset is working perfectly. Wish I could say that about other companies. NO WONDER they are still in business offering great technology at a reasonable price! Thank you Plantronics.
