You have ready access to a pool of spare products for your Symbol products with just a phone call to the Service Center. If a device needs replacement, it will be shipped next business day. You return the defective device to the Service Center within 30 days, using the MySymbolCare Web portal to set up the process. You avoid the expense of purchasing and managing spare products because Symbol owns the spares and coordinates delivery of replacements to the right locations in your enterprise.
