The remote installation service assists customers with the initial setup, configuration, or installation of their WatchGuard product. The after-hours price is for installations that are scheduled outside of normal business hours. (Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the customer's local time zone).
