Rated 5 out of 5 by from Xerox WorkCentre 6515 has EXCELLENT print quality, if you don't mind over print from time to time. Print quality is by far EXCELLENT, to say the least. Truly an amazing printer, as you would expect because of Xerox. I switched from competitors due to their quality controls and support. Support on your Xerox printer starts the very day it is shipped, not when you receive it, much less the day you start using it. 10 days after my 1 yr. warranty ended, I am having print smear, over print issues printing a simply sheet of labels. Now I am to pay $299 for 30 minutes of support for an onsite technician, $69 for each additional 15 minutes. Almost the price of the printer itself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product Good product. I can tell it will last for years. Always liked the Xerox products during my working years. One star off for the setup though. It came with an installation CD which I used first. Come to find out those drivers were two years old so had to remove those and install from the Xerox website. Why not just have me do that first? Everything working great now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has been a headache! Purchased the copier for a small business office. The copier arrived many days later after paying extra for next day. Within the same week of hooking this up, there was an error code to reinsert the "magenta" toner and restart. One we did that it said reinsert the "yellow" toner and restart. This still did not resolve the issue so we were unable to copy for a few days while Xerox sent out a replacement. It was not empty as we had just made the purchase. Would not purchase again or recommend. Seems like we were shipped a faulty copier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really to soon to tell I has taken a while to setup due to my schedule. I have barely used it. However setup did not go as planned. Physically it was no problem except for the weight. Installing the software drivers did not go well at all on Windows 10. I was not able to install the TWAIN driver and had to use WSD. I removed and reinstalled and a different name showed up (I didn't make the change). The fax from computer is hidden in the driver. Select the printer to printer, select options, then add a fax number. Directions and documentation are at a loss. This is a do it yourself. Don't expect much help, even online. Had a HP laser and had to replace it because no driver worked with Windows 10. Such a waste, the printer is a work horse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as good as you expect from Xerox I have had many Xerox machines over the years. Decided to upgrade the technology to wireless. All was good for about 2 weeks then the problems started, apparently some rollers, now I had to change them myself, they did send them for free, but issue not resolved. Perhaps I got what I paid for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Printer is not Usable Xerox WorkCentre 6515/DNI comes with a CD/DVD to install software. Like many new systems, my system doesn't have a CD/DVD reader. The software/driver download on the Xerox website does not work.

Offered to be there after the sale to help. It wasn't a big sale to began with but they treated me like the best customer! Thanks. After the sale, shipped quickly as promised, set up easy, and Xerox support walked me through all the set up. They are great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best Laser Printer on the market right now First of all Kudos to Xerox for creating awesome Laser Printer. This is my first Laser jet printer and was scared to try Xerox printer because I personally do not have any experience with Xerox before, but so far so good. Opened the box, load the paper and call tech support. It was up & running in less than 30 mins. Printing is pretty fast, Scanning is great & Copying is awesome. Xerox 6515 DNI doesn't come with built in Wi-Fi, but Xerox will provide a wireless adapter that you have to install on the back door of the printer. I would highly recommend this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it The setup is very simple. May be because I am a tech guy? ;-) Wireless printing from Apple devices is straightforward. The built quality of the unit is good and it means business. My last Xerox printer lasted 7+ years. It still work but just the toner is getting expensive. Been using it for a month, and good so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This printer does everything! Worked great right out of the box. Had it printing, faxing, scanning and emailing within an hour! Even printing from my phone! Print quality pretty good and faster then my previous Xerox 8560mfp which gave me 13 years of good service. Hope I can enjoy the same Xerox reliability with the 6515. My wife finds it easy to use and we already have 450 prints on it our first month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pre-release of firmware was shipped with product Xerox firmware level 65.3.41 was shipped with the product. Current firmware release at time I ordered the product was 65.10.71 I was advised by Xerox Tech Support that firmware release 65.3.41 WAS A PRE-RELEASE version of the software. The printer should have never been shipped with a pre-release version of the firmware. My outage as a result of CDW shipping the printer with pre-release firmware was that some features do not work correctly and I had to spend multiple man hours figuring out the pre-release level of firmware had serious bugs in the features I used as primary criteria for selecting the product. Come on - get your act together and ship products with the latest firmware. Especially for expensive products such as this printer. There is no excuse for this to have happened to any customer. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Xerox 6515 We are using it in our office for an extra printer/copier. Set up was easy and the quality of the color print is great. Like the front load wasn't expecting a copy cartridge and toner cartridges. Bought the extra tray and glad we did to be able to load different paper type in each tray. Tray that it comes with is smaller than the add on second tray for capacity
