very durable
We have dozens of these in use, and they routinely print an entire roll of labels in less than a day. I keep waiting for something to wear out, but they have been fine.

Works great for us
We had a much larger Zebra that was giving us problems. This printer gives us faster and better prints for less than what it would cost to fix the old printer. Use the Zebra software for easy setup. If you use the printer in conjunction with UPS Worldship make sure you install their software as well.
