Solarpanel missin' sole!!!
The solar panel doesn't work as well as I was expecting. But the 3AMP works great.

solar charge does not work
solar charge does not work. I've had this in direct sunlight for three days straight. It did not charge even a little bit. I have to plug it in to charge the device. The purpose was so I could charge the device while out camping. I wanted it to charge via the sun so I can keep my devices charged up. This is a dismal failure on that part. But it will charge from a wall socket via mini-usb. But it will only keep one or two devices charged for one charge each.

Dell Sales Chat told me it would work to charge my Dell Tablet. Power bank sold by Dell did not provide the minimum wattage needed for Dell Tablet. Either publish enough accurate information or have your Sales Chat provide non-false information.

Don't be fooled by the solar charging option
Works fine as a traditional power bank but solar charging not effective. I have had it exposed to sunlight all day every day for about a month and it has not gained even 25% charge! Not practical for solar charging.
