Probably the better MacBook Pro in years.
Great machine. Vastly improved over the mistakes of its predecessors. Boasts the advertised speed and they have managed to reduce the overheating problems seen in previous thin 16" MacBook Pro models, although it still gets noticeably hot even in a room with AC under normal use. The Touch Bar seems gimmicky at best, but it does not get in the way. Other good improvements include reliable Bluetooth, unlike the 13" model, and fixed DisplayPort drivers that will work with more than 1 monitor. I've read from other online reviews that this model's motherboard will sometimes spontaneously short circuit and brick the machine, I have yet to face such issues.

Great Upgrade!
Ok, I had last year's model and the backtrack to these key switches on the 16in MacBook pro are amazing! I love the size, I love the feel, great product.

So far the laptop has been fantastic in getting setup with all of the available software and accounts. There is some thermal throttling that is occurring when attached to multiple monitors, with the cpu getting pretty warm. Other than that it was a great purchase.

Nothing bad to say about this laptop!
Nothing bad to say about this laptop, it's amazingly powerful, and smooth. It has a great keyboard, strong performance, and fantastic speakers. The large screen is ideal for heavy editing workflows. Battery life is great during low-intensity workloads, and it charges up quickly.
