My husband thought that our family of 3 should have a charging bank for each of us, and so I purchased 2 of another brand in black for my husband and my son, and the Belkin pretty pink one got my attention, so I purchased it for myself. It hasn't worked EVER. It started to work the second time I gave it a try, but then stopped charging after just a few percentage points. If I could locate my receipt I'd take it back and buy an ugly one that works. I thought I could trust a Belkin product. Don't buy this. Save yourself the trouble.

The pink matches my phone and everyone is constantly wondering where I got it. My experience using this portable charger has been nothing but positive. It charges my phone very rapidly and effectively without losing charge itself. For example, my phone was at 52% and within 35 minutes it was at 100% - the battery light of the charger on the side had NOT gone done by a single light. After continuous use, however, the battery will obviously run out. Charging the device is a bit of a hassle since the cord is so small. I wish the cord was longer so that I don't have to keep the device hanging while it charges. Also, putting/taking the USB cords out was a struggle. It's a bit hard and feels like it could use some sort of oil or lube so that there is no difficulty removing/inserting the USB's. Overall, I like this product and would rate 4.5 stars if I could. If the cord for charging the power bank were longer and the holes to connect USB cables into were easier accessible this item would've FOR SURE gotten the 5 stars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great cafeteria for hungry cell phones, etc. I already had an earlier Belkin 10K power bank but it's nice to have multiples. I also liked that I could order this in silver and received the Universal Cable with it. It took a few hours to charge because it holds so much backup power. I've learned that I can charge my Galaxy S8 several times with it and carry it with my phone even while I'm charging it and talking on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great portable charger I am happy with this charger. It is able the size of an iPhone 6 with a slim case on it (see pic, iPhone 5 and 6 shown for size). It charged my iPhone a total of 4 times before it needed recharged (my iPhone battery is old, so I would imagine if I had a new phone, the advertised 3 phone charges would be correct). My only complaint would be the amount of time it takes to recharge the battery pack; it took 8+ hours using a 1.5 A charger and a 1.0 A rated 6 ft charging cord. I am not holding that against the battery pack though, because it is rated at 2.0 A. I have not yet used a 2.0 A charger and a short 2.0 A rated cord (though one did come with the battery), and I imagine that would greatly reduce the charging time. Overall, it seems like a quality charger.

My son and both bought one with a week or two of each other and both units have this problem after less than 10 charges. Have tried different cables etc, but it’s clear that’s just rubbish printed to pretend to provide a response. It’s junk, don’t buy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great charger This is a great charger! I was able to charge an iPhone 6S and my iPad Pro from >20% to 100% twice on one charge. That's a lot, if you ask me. On the iPhone, I plugged in once at 38% and within 10 minutes, I was at 52%. So it charges fast, and with my being able to get 4 charges (2 x iPhone and 2 x iPad), I was really impressed. I had another charger before that was twice the size that did about the same thing. But with this one being half the size, it is pretty incredible. The charger is exactly the size of my iPhone 6s with a case, is very sleek, and slides in a pocket with ease. I was able to hook the iPhone and iPad up at the same time and the charger still worked great and pretty fast. So far I have been really pleased with it. Once it went dead, the recharging was really fast as well. Within an hour or so it was back ready to go. If you want a solid battery backup that is sleek and works like a charm, this is it.

Charges much faster than the typical wall charger and can charge two devices at once. Can be used on smart phones, tablets and watches (Apple or Android!). Easy to use, straight from the box. Charge fully by either using a wall USB plug or the USB outlet on any computer. I was able to charge my phone three times and an iPad before I had to recharge the power bank! All other power banks are usually drained after charging one device one time. The power bank has 4 LED lights letting you know it is completely charged and as the power is drained from the bank itself, one light goes off at a time, always letting you know how much “juice” is left. I would definitely recommend this product -never be without a charge again-thanks to Belkin!

Right out of the box I was able to quickly recharge my cellphone while on the way to work so I could listen to my music all day on a full charge at my desk. Really loving how small it is so I can keep it in my purse while traveling and the LED lights on the side to let you know how much charge is left. Since I live in a small rural town the power went out last winter for 4-5 hours and my cellphone barely had enough power before the electric came back on so this is going to come in handy.

It works beautifully when charged but after using it to exhaustion, I’ve not been able to get it to full charge yet after being plugged in for two days. Yesterday it had one light with the second flashing, today it’s two solid lights with the third flashing. Maybe another day or two it’ll be fully charged. After spending $40 dollars, I’m terribly disappointed. I’ve had others that would charge the same number of full chargers on my phone that would be fully recharged in an hour or so. This makes the piece less than useful.

I love that I do not have to stress anymore about bringing my charger or not being able to charge me phone. It is very easy to use and not complicated when charging. I like how I can use my power bank to charge through my laptop which makes it simple. I have had no complications using this product and would greatly recommend anyone to use this. I like how much battery life it gives which is up to three hours. My favorite part to the Belkin Pocket Power 10k is the ability to use two USB cords at the same time. I have never seen this option on any other power banks I have used in the past.

I get the single blinking light and it never charges and I have tried my computers USB, USB to an AC adapter in the wall, switched cables - nothing helps. Its am now the owner of a stylish $40 paperweight.

It already came with a charge, so i was able to use it right away. It's a great size to fit in my purse; about the size of an iPhone 6/6S. The quality is great and it isn't heavy or bulky at all. On a full charge, I was able to charge my iPhone 7 Plus and my Apple Watch twice. Super happy with its performance and would definitely recommend.

The only bad part, it takes long time to recharge itself. I get to recharge one to two dots out of four in over night charging. Used fast chargers but same. If you can handle slow charging of powerbank then this powerbank is for you. Output - Fast charging very good Input - Very slow charging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and functional design This is a handy portable charger with a sleek design that looks and feels great as well as being a functional addition to your portable electronics collection. The first week we had it we lost power in the Northeast due to a storm. It was nice knowing that we had an easy way to charge our phones to stay on top of storm related events. We also do a lot of hiking and think that this will be a perfect item to take along for emergencies. It is a robust yet compact design. We were able to fully charge an iPhone6 2 times as well as a Fitbit Alta 2 times and still have charge left on the device.

It came already about half way charged. Charged it up to the top. (4 LED lights showing the battery status and charge status). I was able to fully charge two iPhones at the same time. And FAST! This thing has juice! Truly a good job on this one Belkin!

Unfortunately it lacks an "always ON' mode such that if it detects low power drain it will, after a few minutes, shut down it's USB ports. This means you cannot use it to power say, a small USB light without having to manually "wake it up" every 10 minutes or so by pressing the Battery Check button on the side. Thank you.

Quickly brings it from low power mode to 20% Has enough to charge an iPad. No need to wait, products work once I plug them in, and they're charging. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful Charging Recently received this charger and was a little surprised that it took a couple of hours to get a full charge, however when I hooked it up to my iPhone 7+ it only took about 12 minutes to fully charge the phone. Wow, that’s awesome and it still had enough power to charge my sons iPhone 6S and his old iPad without even dropping past two of the four battery level indicators. Well worth the longer charging time to have such power to quickly charge multiple devices.

It's convenient having two USB ports to charge more than one device. Great for backpacking - I can change my phone and headlamp at the same time. I feel like it's going to get some scratches on it, but that's ok for me. FWIW - it comes with a short usb cable but NO charger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! Short Cord Full disclosure: I was sent this product to review it. Overall this is a great power bank. It is between the size of an iPhone 8 and an iPhone 8 Plus. It easily fits in a pocket of a backpack and doesn't weigh much at all. The Pocket Power 10K is also pretty durable. Even after a month of being carried in my backpack and being pulled in and out for use, it has held up well. The ability to charge two smaller items is great. It can charge up to two phones at once. I have used it to charge my iPhone 8 Plus and Apple Watch at the same time. While it can only charge a single tablet at a time, it did get my 9.7 inch iPad Pro from 6% to 100% in a single charge. My only complaint is the length of the cord provided. Personally, I have several longer micro-USB cables, but the 6 inch cable could make some charging situations awkward. I use a muti-port USB charger on my nightstand which works great with the provided cable. Plugging the power bank into a standard height wall outlet though results in a bit of a stretch. I would definitely recommend this product, but it might be helpful to have another micro-USB cable on hand.

You will never have to worry about running out of power with this Belkin product. You can charge up to two items at one time, and even do a recharge of those item.

Then it managed only a 64% charge, indicating it was exhausted. After charging the bank again, it charged the phone up to 94%, then it stopped. Plugging and unplugging the cables did not work. Yet the iPhone's power supply topped it up to 100% as usual.

I like the fact that it has bailed me out a lot of times when my phone was near dead but when I am back home, it doesn't seem to want to recharge. It keeps blinking on the 3. And I have tried other charging chords and no luck. So... now what? I am afraid that others comments may be true!

I plugged the power bank in to charge and the single light kept blinking but would not charge the power bank. I noticed a few people on here had a similar problem with the product. The power bank simply wont charge.

So far I have used it to charge a few of my devices, an iPad mini, and my iPhone 6s and 7. It is fast , in fact faster than most of my plug in wall charges which was an unexpected surprise. I also really like the fact that it will charge multiple times before it needs to be recharged itself.

Now with this power bank I just slip it in my computer bag at take it with me. It is about the same size as my iphone. I put it on the night stand and plug my phone in when I go to bed. It shuts off when my phone is charged. I have only used it 3 times but it still has plenty of power left. My phone typically has 60 to 70 percent power left at the end of the day. After using it 3 times I still have 3 out of 4 lights lit which means it still has about 75% charging power left. If you are a heavy phone user you could carry it in your pocket and if your phone runs low during the day you could plug it in while you are using it. I am totally satisfied with this charger.

The Belkin Pocket Power 10K Power Bank is a great option for those that need to reliable battery on the go. It covers most of the bases I find a product like this needs to cover: - multiple device charges from a single power pack charge - support for charging two devices at one time - high-speed charging support - the ability to quickly charge itself It also lives up to its name of "Pocket Power" - it's not much larger than today's large-format smartphones, so it's easy to take it with you. All in all, I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great charge I use my iPhone quite a lot which means the battery drains almost all the time, I'm so glad I have this belkin power as it has two outlets to charge my beats and my iPhone at the same time which give me the ability to listen to music and be on the iPhone the same time. It stores easily in a backpack, cargo shorts, etc. When you’ve got it with you, you’ve got the confidence to watch all the videos you want, listen to all the songs, and stream the internet without the fear of you’re device hitting bottom!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One time use? I purchased this to charge my iPhone 7 while camping. I fully charged the power bank at home with the included cord. It kept my phone charged all weekend and had half a charge left when I returned home. I was super happy with the purchase. However, subsequent attempts to charge the unit resulted in a single light blinking (for up to 24 hours) and the power bank never charged properly again. The outlet to charge my phone in my car is broken and I was planning to carry this to ensure my phone doesn't die in case of emergency, but it seems I'll have to purchase a new one entirely. :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No label on case to indicate mAh My Belkin Pocket Power 10K power charger was confiscated at the airport because the case is not labelled with the mAh. I had the original box but that was not good enough. Why is there no label on the actual product? I loved using it and it worked fine. No sense arguing with officials but at least they let me keep the charging cable and box:)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't expect it to last Worked great... for a while. Then it slowly stopped charging and (now that the warranty has expired, of course) has to be charged all day just to charge a phone for 30 minutes. Be prepared to replace it in two years.
