K2's best feature is that it can solve complex tasks, issues, and projects with little coding. What needs improvement? K2's support for DevOp team corporations is weak. For how long have I used the solution? I've been using K2 for two and a half years. What do I think about the stability of the solution? K2 is very stable - there have been almost no problems in the time I've been using it. How was the initial setup? The initial setup is straightforward because it can be deployed on a DB server, application server, and web server. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? For the initial hundred users, the cost is $21,000 per year, which I find too high. There are soft thresholds for this initial license, like the number of forms and environments. What needs improvement? The solution's flexibility can be improved. K2 needs to be fully code-free, and they should try Endeavor to make it code-free. It will help to hide the complexities of smart objects. Improvements can be made because we are implementing one solution and need a solution that integrates into itself. It's very tedious to manage, so they should ensure that everything is integrated and taken care of. For how long have I used the solution? We have been using K2 for three years. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? The solution is scalable. Approximately 100 people use it in our organization. How are customer service and support? The customer service and support team are good. The premium support is good, and their response is fast. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? K2 is reasonably priced and you pay for licenses. It costs less than half a million, and you own your licenses yearly. Additionally, you pay 400,000 for support and maintenance, but similar tools charge per user. So you are paying roughly $80 per month for one user, which can be quite costly if you have a large organization. Which other solutions did I evaluate? We are currently evaluating Camunda and Integrify. What other advice do I have? I rate the solution a six out of ten. K2 is not mature and still needs a lot of stabilization. My advice to new users considering the product will be to use it without customizing it. After installation, use the vanilla workflows, and you will get fast performance. The solution is good. What needs improvement? There have been some glitches, and the workflow fails frequently. We had to upgrade to fix it. Even when there is a threshold limit with Sharepoint, it impacts the K2 level. The solution should be more developer-friendly because many steps are involved compared to Power Automate. For how long have I used the solution? We have been using this solution for five years and are using version 5.2. It is deployed on-premises. What do I think about the stability of the solution? It is a stable solution. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? It is a scalable solution. From an end-user perspective, we have close to 6000 employees. In addition, we have a third party who does maintenance. How are customer service and support? We contacted the technical support team a couple of times last year. I rate the technical support a ten out of ten. How would you rate customer service and support? Positive How was the initial setup? The setup is easy. What other advice do I have? I rate this solution a nine out of ten. Regarding advice, from a business perspective, I would say assess the licensing cost before proceeding. It helps with fast app developments and approvals. What is most valuable? K2 has a very wide collection of smart object technology. It's phenomenal. The concept of the smart objects is core to K2. The setup is easy. The solution is stable. It can scale well. Support is helpful. What needs improvement? I'm not up to date on recent upgrades. I've heard that in the latest technology, the solution is much faster, and the UI has improved. It used to be notoriously slow. I'm not sure if they have reusability yet. That's one thing I've always wanted - the reusability of the components. We'd like to have integration with SharePoint. For how long have I used the solution? I've used the solution for more than five years. What do I think about the stability of the solution? The solution is stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It's reliable. It doesn't crash or freeze. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? It's scalable. It's able to expand easily. There aren't too many users using it in the company. We had maybe 1,000 users at one point. I'm not sure if this is still the case. How are customer service and support? We've used technical support. I've contacted them many times. They provide good solutions. We're happy with the support. Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch? While I have used other solutions in the past, I'm not really an expert in others. How was the initial setup? They have a well-managed three-tier implementation. It's very straightforward. There's an integrated tool used during the deployment, and the process only takes five to ten minutes. The deployment tool makes it very fast and easy. You just need a team of five, maximum, for deployment and maintenance. You might not necessarily need a dedicated person to handle the deployment. What about the implementation team? The deployment is basically done in-house. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? The solution used to be server-based. Now that it is on the cloud, the licensing is user-based. In terms of the market, K2 is not overly expensive. It's mid-range. What other advice do I have? While K2 is cloud-based now, many older customers use an on-premises version. This solution was acquired by Nintex. I'd advise potential users if they have a legacy K2 system, to upgrade to the latest version of K2. They provide support and handle the migration of legacy K2 to the latest version. We primarily use the solution for workflows we develop them and deploy them so they appear in the K2 Workspace. We have smart objects and smart prompts as well as views of everything. What is most valuable? The interface is very good. We developed it there and it makes it easy to handle the workflows. It is very easy to use. Microsoft technology integrates well with K2. YOu can develop prompts to your .NET framework and are able to integrate K2 workflows within the system. The solution is stable. Technical support, especially during the first year, is very helpful and responsive. It's not hard to set up. What needs improvement? We want to upgrade our system. We need to develop more things and need the latest K2 tool to do that. The model we have is out of date. We need to move to K2 Five. Our version is very old and we do not have support from K2 at this time. There are some glitches happening as we consider moving to K2 Five. The solution needs more RPA and AI features. For how long have I used the solution? We've been using the product for a long time. We've used it since 2015. What do I think about the stability of the solution? The solution is stable and reliable. We have not had any issues at all. I'd rate it around seven out of ten. Whenever it is required, we update workflows and forms and don't have issues. It integrates with other technologies very well as well, whether it's .NET or Java or APIs and we don't have problems. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? The solution is scalable according to our original requirements. It meets our needs. We have about 100 users on the solution. How are customer service and support? Initially, when we bought the licenses, we communicated often with them. After the expiry of one year of the support offering, we haven't really communicated with them. That said, over that first year, when we had support, they were very good and very helpful. Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch? We still want to use K2. We will likely be upgrading. We're hoping that the migration will be easy. If we change solutions, we might consider Nintex Workflow, however, we're not sure if that would be too much work and we would be starting from scratch. If we have to start from scratch with K2 as well, we might switch over and try something else. Nintex may also offer RPA, which would make it a bit more robust. How was the initial setup? The initial setup was pretty straightforward. We had someone buy the license for us and gave us some prerequisites. Then we bought some license keys and it has basically started working. We have a portal where we can request more license keys as needed. It's easy. We have two administrators handling the solution. What about the implementation team? We had a vendor that provided us with the license. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? I cannot speak to the exact pricing. I have no access to what we are actually paying for the licenses. I'm not sure if there was a discount or not. We are revisiting pricing as we look into the upgraded product. Our major concern is migration and how easy it will be if we move to a new K2 system. What other advice do I have? We started with K2 Blackboard and K2 Konnect. We want to upgrade to K2 Five. However, if we find out during migration to the newest solution we need to start from scratch we may not stick with the product. I'm an end-user. My company has a K2 license. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Straightforward interface and user-friendly What is our primary use case? We primarily use K2 in conjunction with Kaltura within Teams. We use Kaltura for expenses, email cases, cash advances, retirement, and company management. For company management, it involves addressing issues with account numbers by coordinating with the bank. The login use cases help log those requests and assign them to the responsible users for resolution. We also use K2 for FX services, making subpoenas, and handling hard decisions or licenses. File onboarding requests are not as frequent. How has it helped my organization? What needs improvement? There are a lot of apps in K2, but what I really found that needs improvement is the management section of K2, especially the management server and the admin page where you can manage processes, add users, set security fees, and add licenses. The reason for this is because the part that is the section of administration, particularly the management called rows, has multiple rules, as many as you want. For instance, you may have around 200 rules, and when you view them, only the first ten are displayed, and you have to click next to see the next ten and so on until you get to the hundredth rule. On that page, as of today, we only have what we call to fetch, where you can search for a particular rule you're looking for, or else you have to keep clicking until you get to the final page you want. So that's a bit challenging. For how long have I used the solution? We've been using K2 for five years now. The version we're currently using is 5.3. What do I think about the stability of the solution? K2 is very stable. Actually, we've been using it since 2017, and we haven't had any issues. More than 2,000 people are using K2 in your company. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? When it comes to K2 applications, it automatically has access to your active directory to prevent users and the organization from signing up separately. So if you are in the active directory, you can access the platform. And if you are not in that directory, you don't have access. Every access to K2 is controlled by the active directory, making it very scalable. Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch? We opted for K2 because K2 is very easy to use, and it gives you room to customize the way you want your forms to look and the way you want the data to be presented, whether as PDF or SysTrack. It's very easy to use. And we can assign tasks to certain users of our products to review what has been initiated and then approved. So all those things remove the paperwork within the organization. That's the reason why we opted for K2. We don't want the files to be passed around from one person to another. We are just removing that hassle and trying to automate the process using the K2 application. How was the initial setup? Setting up K2 is very easy. Before you set up K2, there is a guide that you need to follow, which tells you what you need to do for a good setup. For example, for K2 setup, you need to have your email exchange or SMTP ready, and you need to have your URL mapped. There are certain things that you need to have ready before you install the K2 application on your on-prem service. We have documentation on our website that guides you on what you need before you can install K2. So, it is also easy when you have everything ready. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? In terms of price, I would say it's affordable. What other advice do I have? I would definitely recommend using K2. I would say it's a perfect use case. I would even go as far as saying it's a great choice. I would give K2 a ten because we have been using it for the past five years without any major issues. Of course, there are some minor issues, but they can be easily resolved. We have the capability to solve them ourselves without relying on OEM support. K2 provides a straightforward interface, allowing us to configure rules for form controls according to our business requirements. It's user-friendly, and even a ten-year-old can understand how to use those rules. It's easy to configure your set of rules to make the form controls work perfectly, removing manual work and making processes seamless. You can approve requests from anywhere, whether through a mobile device or even when you're away from the office. It's very convenient. Which deployment model are you using for this solution? Rated 5 out of 5 by from A low-code solution that saves a lot of time and resources and has the best workflow engine and SmartObjects technology What is our primary use case? We are currently using K2 Five classic. We have several use cases. The main use case is the vendor request. We process all requests that come in from existing or new vendors through K2. Our legal department uses it for checklists and other things. The approval process, onboarding, and all other related things are also done through K2. It is used for onboarding, termination, suspension, access, and many other things. All these things are automated. How has it helped my organization? It is for process automation, and it saves a lot of time and resources. Some of the things used to take weeks, and now they can be done in days and hours. Previously, we needed a spreadsheet, and now everything is done through a form. Everything is automatic, and eventually, the returns are pretty good. What is most valuable? The workflow engine of K2 is its main strength. Its workflow engine is probably one of the best, and that's the reason why Nintex bought K2. It can clearly handle any complex process or scenario. K2 is almost low-code. It is a no-code or low-code solution. You don't have to read a whole lot of code. It is pretty much GUI based. Their support is also excellent. The biggest advantage of K2 is SmartObjects, which allow you to separate the data from the application. It is a standalone application that allows you to build a data source from different places, which a lot of other applications also do. It is called SmartObjects technology, which is pretty powerful. If I have data from different applications, such as JD and ServiceNow, I can just create a SmartObject based on a data source and use it. I have some forms that have six, seven, or eight applications in a single form with data from different places. What needs improvement? K2 is a workflow solution, and there is no RPA solution with K2. This is where K2 lacks a little bit. It is just a heavy workflow solution. It doesn't have a supplemental product like RPA. If you want to use RPA, you have to use Blue Prism, UIPath, or something else. If you use Nintex, it has an RPA solution. It is a form-based application, and they are doing everything electronically. The initial investment in K2 is heavy because it is a BPM software. It does not have a low cost because they charge you the same for one workflow or 100 workflows. For how long have I used the solution? I have been using this solution for seven years. I also used to work for K2. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? It is used across the board. Almost everyone in the accounting department uses this solution. We also have a bunch of different legal departments, and they also use it. It is being used from the bottom to all the way up. When someone submits a request, it can go to the VP and all the way up. Because it is an approval process, it depends on how high it goes. How are customer service and technical support? Their support is excellent. How was the initial setup? The on-premises setup was fairly complex four years ago because we had to build the servers. You have to build test servers, staging and production environments, and all kinds of stuff. When you go for the cloud solution, you don't have to maintain any of those, which is why we are moving to the cloud solution. Our initial investment was quite a bit, and we're trying to move to the cloud solution. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? The initial investment in K2 is heavy. Currently, the expenditure is $28,000 for a year. After we go to the cloud, it is going to be per seat and probably cheaper. Currently, there are unlimited users. What other advice do I have? The solution in general is very easy to use. It's very user-friendly, and it has satisfied the requirements I have. It's a really good platform. The integration capabilities have been very useful. It's very powerful and very advanced. The stability of the product is quite good. What needs improvement? The Workflow Designer needs improvement. For example, when you design a workflow on K2, it shows the entire area between one action and another action. However, you should be able to see the structure for this action. It's not automatically structured. It sould be automatically structured from the shared action to the following action. In K2, you should be able to organize it by yourself. Workflows should be very easy to organize exactly as you need them. It shouldn't be inflexible. The mapping processes need to be better. You can't really change the look and feel. You should be able to customize the solution a bit more. The document generation, the dynamic document generation, could be a great addition as a feature. For how long have I used the solution? I've only been using the solution for six months. It hasn't been that long just yet, however, I am enjoying the product. What do I think about the stability of the solution? The stability is very good. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? The product doesn't seem to have many limitations. It can likely scale well. How are customer service and technical support? There's no need for technical support as we order services done for us. As far as it's from K2 goes, there's a web solution on the platform and there are partners for the company. Up until this point, however, I haven't found the need to reach out. I haven't had problems that required assistance. Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch? I worked with Nintex for a few years. Recently, after I ran a comparison between K2 and Nintex, I've been working for six months on the K2 platform. I've found it very useful, and very easy in comparison. However, I still use both. Nintex acquired K2 recently. How was the initial setup? Compared to Nintex, Nintex is easier to set up. Unlike in K2, in Nintex, you can just build on top of SharePoint. If you want SharePoint, the environment is set up and can install directly in Nintex. In K2, you are configuring two environments. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? I am unsure of the exact pricing. Nintex acquired K2 in 2020 and there may be a shift in the cost structure. I can't speak directly to that, however. What other advice do I have? We are a K2 customer and a Nintex partner, although, since the 2020 acquisition, they are the same company now. I would recommend the solution, especially for companies that are working to go paperless. I suggest that if they want to integrate between systems from a strategy department into another department, to really look at the integration layers that they have, as it's very advanced. In general, I would rate this solution at a nine out of ten. We've been largely happy with the product. Our searches are automated for the approval process, and we have automated our dual management process with K2. We have 41 processes automated within K2. It was only a process automation tool for workflows and approval, but now since being bought out by Nintex, we will have many other products available to use. For example, the RPA part of Nintex can plug into K2 and be used together. What is most valuable? The most valuable features of this solution are that it's no code, it's very flexible, and it's easy to design. What needs improvement? Currently, it's taking quite some time to deploy a package, it needs improvement. If they can simplify the deployment then it would be helpful. I would like to see a versioning tool included within K2 similar to Visual Studio to do your versioning of programs. It would be very useful and assist us a lot. If they could also include an RPA as a tool, or integrate it with RPA products. It would be beneficial, as we wouldn't have to purchase anything else. For how long have I used the solution? I have been using K2 for eight years. We are using the latest version. What do I think about the stability of the solution? It's a stable solution. It is one of the features I like most. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? It's a scalable product. We have approximately 4,000 AD users for this solution in our organization. It is flexible and shares an update quickly. It is easy to maintain as well. What needs improvement? The product’s support for the mobile platform and its ability to handle artificial loads could be better. Its capabilities from the customer’s perspective need improvement. They should add repair and remediation features. For how long have I used the solution? We have been using Nintex Process Platform for more than five years. What do I think about the stability of the solution? It is a stable product. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? It is a scalable product. How was the initial setup? The initial process was easy for me to execute. However, it is complicated for those who don’t have any experience working on it. We deploy the product on the Windows servers. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Offers good integration capabilities and easy to learn and good stability What is most valuable? First advantage, from a business point of view, is that it's cheaper. From a development point of view, it's easy to develop because it's a low code and low code solution. And almost Nintex provides all the possible solutions in their built-in criteria. So, we have only to configure it. We don't have to write anything from scratch at all. It's easy to learn. However, there is very little content available for the Nintex also, but they are providing their own documentation and all. So, it's easy to learn also. What needs improvement? Nintex is still at the starting point of integrating with AI. It has integrated with a very small piece of artificial intelligence., like only integrated with the Google Cloud. There is a benefit, like a no-code and low-code solution. But, again, if you are a developer, especially if you are a hardcore developer, you are using your code knowledge, its skills, and all. And, suddenly, you are moving into the low-code solution, and then you will feel, like, so many things you can't achieve with the low-code solution. And in that case, you are looking for some custom development. And it's a little bit difficult in the Nintex area. Because they are totally dependent on the low-code solution, and you are looking at where you can implement your custom things. However, you can do that thing, but that will be a difficult task. Also, the outcome, whatever you are trying to get from such kind of custom development, will be a little bit difficult. Let's suppose, like, if you are working with a medium level of data or a small level of data that will be easier to handle with the Nintex. However, the bulk data on a high level of data would be difficult. I have been working with Nintex for the past three years. I've been able to create some really good products in different domains, including banking and insurance. Everything seems achievable, but there are a few things I'm missing. First, debugging can be a bit difficult in Nintex. You can't debug forms and workflows easily. This is something that could be improved in future releases. It requires some R&D. Second, I would like to see more integration with AI. There is some custom integration available through the gateway, but it would be great to have more AI-related features built into the platform. For how long have I used the solution? I have been using Nintex Process Platform (K2) for three years. What do I think about the stability of the solution? I would rate the stability a nine out of ten. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? I would rate the scalability an eight out of ten. I am the only one who uses this solution in our company. I am introducing this solution in my company. However, there's a 99% chance we'll stick with BizFlow. How are customer service and support? The customer service and support are very knowledgeable. We haven't had many issues, and the ones we have had have been resolved internally. For the few things we have needed to contact Nintex about, they have been very helpful. They have a large support team and are easy to reach. So, we are very satisfied with their support. How would you rate customer service and support? Positive Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch? I used BizFlow. Nintex is more of a no-code or low-code solution. If you are thinking about a more custom solution, you will never choose Nintex. But, for a small organization and project, you can definitely go with Nintex. On the other hand, BizFlow can work in every scenario, in every work. It’s a little bit difficult to go with the custom things. But, you can achieve whatever you want. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? Nintex is around INR 200 per license in India, which is much cheaper. Smaller organizations are always looking for cost-effective solutions, and Nintex provides local solutions with very low pricing. This is one of the main reasons why people are more interested in Nintex. So, the pricing is affordable compared to BizFlow. BizFlow has a high licensing price, but Nintex is exact opposite and has a low price. I would rate the pricing an eight out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive. What other advice do I have? If you want to work in a low-code solution, then I would suggest Nintex Process Platform. But if you really want to customize on a very high level and use hard code, then BizFlow is the best tool. I would recommend checking the feasibility and what kind of thing you want to achieve. That’s why my organization is currently using both of them and also thinking about the third one. Like, if anything is available on the market, that is more suitable with BizFlow and Nintex and comes with some other additional features. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. So we have a process flow for which we wanted to use Nintex Workflow. So in SharePoint currently, we have set up that Nintex Workflow. So users used to submit and raise requests in the solution, and that is used to trigger the automatic workflows on the fact that a ticket is raised. Then, the approvals are taken. So all those things we had coded in Nintex Workflow. So, the solution was for some kind of an approval process within our company because there are multiple stakeholders, so it goes to multiple stakeholders for approval, and they approve it. All that happens when working with Nintex Workflow. What is most valuable? Within Nintex Workflow, I think the automatic triggering of the multiple workflows and the setting up of the auto trigger of those workflows are some of the valuable features of the solution. So that is nice. What needs improvement? I think we could have more interfaces with other applications. So I think it was lacking a little bit in its multiple in-house processes and other processes. So there is a little bit of a gap in collaboration. For how long have I used the solution? I have experience with Nintex Workflow. I have been using the solution for a year. I am a customer of the solution. What do I think about the stability of the solution? I rate the solution's stability a seven out of ten. Sometimes it breaks, and then we need to manually restart Nintex Workflow, so it had that kind of intermittent disturbances. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? I think that we found it to be a little bit of a scalable device, but we were not able to achieve it. So there were limitations. The Nintex Workflow's straight workflow and auto-response feature, along with its layer response functionality, make it easier for my end users to respond to emails. It is very easy to create and deploy. It does not take your time like SharePoint Workflow. There is no need for the IT people to do it. SharePoint Workflow, needed a programmer to do it. So there are vendors looking forward to Nintex because it is easy to create by the end-user. What needs improvement? They have an expensive license for vendors. They have two types of licenses. It is the standard and enterprise. Some actions in the enterprise, are not available in the standard. We need all the features to be in the standard license. Around fifty features are not in the standard license. That is why it is a problem for us. I am looking forward to when they have the same features in the standard license as the enterprise license. For how long have I used the solution? I have been working with Nintex Workflow for the past twelve years. What do I think about the stability of the solution? Nintex Workflow has great stability. It has a lot of features for creating and managing workflows, as well as for integrating with other applications. Nintex offers features, particularly to ensure a user-friendly experience. What needs improvement? At times, issues arise in certain scenarios. In such cases, the versioning can become quite difficult. There may be no other way but to restart the entire process or rectify it at that point. So, there is room for improvement in terms of the stability of this solution. In future releases, Access-related features are important because a lot of data is stored in Excel in most organizations. So whenever we need to upload this data, we need to have workflow features that can validate each row and other data before inserting it into the software system. These features are not available in the standard version. We are not looking for a one-time import of data. Instead, we want to be able to process the data in real-time using DXL. This is one of the things we are looking for. The second is the ability to create Word reports. A report that is created in Microsoft Word. This is a very common type of report, and it is used to present data in a clear and concise way. I would like to be able to create different types of word reports, such as listing reports and formatted reports. But Nintex does not provide any control over MS Word to control and format it. I would like to see MS-related connectivity with Nintex Workflow. For how long have I used the solution? I have been using this solution for more than six years. However, we used the on-premise version, which had certain limitations in comparison with a cloud version. How are customer service and support? I am satisfied with the customer service and support. How would you rate customer service and support? Positive Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch? We have worked with Nintex and SharePoint. What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing? The solution is expensive compared to its competitors. Which other solutions did I evaluate? We are actually in the process of evaluating low-code tools in this space. We are looking for a private cloud under the Azure cloud environment. What other advice do I have? The on-premise version of Nintex Workflow was good for the workload that we were using. However, the trend has changed, and now all the features are available on the cloud, not on-premise. So we have to move to the cloud. We are cost-sensitive, so we can't just move the tool to the cloud directly. We need to evaluate and understand our requirements first. And since we are in the pharma industry, we need to make sure that the software is compliant with Part 11 regulations. For Nintex and other products, we need to develop them with those features in mind. So, that's an additional layer of customization that is required for all these platforms. That's why we are looking for a ready-made product that is compliant with Part 11 and FDA regulations. So it will be easier for us, and it will reduce the need for customization. So in that sense, we are basically evaluating the different options. It was never a key factor for us, but we are not happy with Nintex, so that's why we are not considering it. This is the product we have been using for the past 6-7 years, and it was one of the best ones because it integrated well with SharePoint. We hardly had to do any customizations in SharePoint because everything was created locally. If I consider the standard version, I would rate it eight out of ten. However, the enterprise version has some additional features that I would like to use, but the cost in not so fair. So if I factor in the cost, I would rate it lower, maybe around seven out of ten. Nintex creates forms and digital workflows to automate processes. There is a decision-making engine built using business rules. We specifically use this solution for remittance processes for a bank. How has it helped my organization? Before using Nintex, we had a manual process which started with sending an email. This process is now 50% automated. We upload a form to start the workflow and the process follows certain business rules. For example, if an amount of money is more than or less than a specific amount, the automation sends it to a specific department. What is most valuable? This solution is very easy to use and customize, using almost zero coding. It's built on SharePoint which many companies in our country have experience with. This made it easy to adapt the application in our environment. What needs improvement? We would like to have access to an on-premises solution. In our country, we have a relationship with Central Bank of Egypt, which do noes not allow cloud solutions to be used. They should offer an on-premises solution with a flexible price license. The knowledge base for this solution could be improved and expanded upon. Currently, it takes time to find the specific answers we are looking for. For how long have I used the solution? I have used this solution for one year. What do I think about the stability of the solution? This is a stable solution with good performance.
