Rated 5 out of 5 by from Confirm AC input first AC input is only 120V, not 120-240VAC. I had always used HP, and they all have dual voltage. I wanted to get a color laser printer and knew Brother was typically a popular printer. It had been so long that I needed to doublecheck AC input for computer related equipment, and the printer worked fine the first day with no warning indications. But the next day, it was off and wouldn't turn on. Then I realized my oversight.

This printer is efficient as well as low-maintenance and works quickly with a single command since they are smear-free. It has features (wireless and blue-tooth) that works surprisingly well.

It didn't take long for the photos to look just awful. It's a great b&w and color printer as long as you're only printing text and illustrations, but don't get it if you'll be printing photos. I've been talking to support for a while and they themselves concluded it's not good for photos. I thought that a color laser printer wouldn't have issues like that. I wasn't expecting super high quality given the price, but the quality is much lower than expected.

We've done everything support says to do online and via internet. We looked up the issue online and apparently many Brother printers have this issue.

It does not have adequate memory to print high-resolution images from either digitally scanned 35-mm color slides or images from my Nikon digital camera. It is very disappointing compared to my previous, now defunct Dell color laser printer.

It was very easy to set up although it is very heavy to move. I like that it is wireless so I can print from iPhone and tablet as well as my computer. It is big but as a bonus holds a lot of paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from too many annoying problems (1) I can not copy with this. I have never, in my life, had a printer that you could not make copies with! (2) It is massively slow! it takes 10 to 15 seconds to print the document, from the time to touch print. (3) Some of the inkers are hard to attach. On 1 of them, it took me 30 minutes of repeating over & over again the same action until it finally clicked together. (4) On some scanned documents, it will only print 1 doc at a time. So, I have to go through the complete printing process over again, for each scanned doc. (5) There is no way to tell if the ink is low, so I can have it on hand when needed. (6) I have 3 computers hooked up to this machine. Each time I have to print something, I have to check off, again, on the correct computer, even though I only use 1 computer! My friend raved about his Brother printer & suggested this one for me. I love my friend, but I hate this printer. I will never buy another Brother product. I got it from egg-something. Maybe that was the problem. I will never purchase anything from them, either.

It would always come up with a "paper jam" error and there never was one even holding the 1 sheet with the lightest touch. Tech support sounded over seas and scripted so no help.

The Brother HL-L3210CCW prints in both color and black and white. It is not the fastest printer but for my home office it is fine. At first, I did have a problem with a red streak showing up on all color prints. The Brother website explained exactly how to fix this problem. Very easy to fix. I am happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This printer doesn't print when you need it to. Mostly this is a non-printer. This printer goes into Deep Sleep mode and I cannot wake it up when I want to. Sometimes it wakes up and prints when it feels like it. Sometimes I have to shut it down then start it up and then it will print, but mostly it DOES NOT print. There is no point to this printer being on WiFi as you have to come up and mess with it every time you want it to print. I have Googled the problem and looked on the Brother site for help. Also, the color is not as vibrant as I would like. I had to go to the UPS store to get something printed with nice, bright colors. I do not recommend this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great So Far! This printer is great so far. Unlike my inkjet, I don't have all the alignment and funky looking prints that I had before. Prints are clean and clear. Although laser printers aren't intended to print high resolution pictures, it still prints out really well. It also always connects to my wifi and is easy to print from my phone. I wouldn't exactly call it compact because it is big and heavy!!!!

The only draw back is they thought it was an all in one with a scanner . It works great . Does not take long to start up since I power it off all the time. I can't wait to see how long the tonner cartridges last.

Every time I need it, I spend an hour running all the head cleaning utilities to finally get it to print right and then I’m out of ink. Made the switch to color laser. It’s priced right and refills are not that expensive, unlike HP. The WiFi is excellent. The printer is always on but hibernating. When I send it a document it always prints just like it’s supposed to. Highly recommend, never going back to inkjet.

After using it sporadically for about four months, I did have to power cycle and setup wifi again from scratch. Brother is the only device company I have used that makes it very easy to find all the information needed on a device - even deprecated ones.

I've printed about 30 sheets so far and already have dirty prints on glossy stock. I tried printing photo setting on glossy stock for some labels and I get some yellow toner spots and black streaks. Much too soon to be getting dirt streaks on prints. It constantly disconnects itself from the wifi too. Im on the verge of returning this printer as I am still within my return period.

That helped for a day or so and it's back to ink all over the page so bad that it's hard to read. The printer is brand new and is going in the trash.

I Troubleshooted, restarted both laptop and printer and still. Sometimes I get it to work other times I don’t. It’s frustrating!

Of use it started printing 3 black dots on every sheet of paper ! Cleaned the drum to no avail. Bought a new one less than 6 mo ago. Worked fine for about 4 months now prints a full black shadow on the left side of the paper. Called for help ! No help !!

I was concerned about the reviews I had read saying that the wifi capabilities were subpar, but I am not finding this to be the case at all & I live in the boondocks & have very sketchy internet. Very satisfied customer at this point.

Each page looks like someone took a roller of black ink right down the middle of the page. I've tried cleaning the drum, but it doesn't help. Comes right back after 1 to 2 pages.

Also, would like a customer friendly version of a users manual to be included. It's ridiculous to have to sort through 350+ digital pages to try to use the machine.

I was hoping I could set up a home network printing, so the kids could print remotely. Not sure if I need to install software on all the remote computers and tablets, but after trying to connect to my home WiFi network a few times, I gave up. Still very satisfied with the printer itself.

The Brother HL-L3210CW Compact Digital Color Printer. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Upon receiving the item, I first noticed a certain heft (weight that distinguished the printer to be made of more durable materials than a standard inkjet printer. The product was very easy to set up (no assembly was required, simply removal of packing on both the outside and inside of the printer). The directions for set up of the printer very easy to read, easy to understand, and I had my printer set up within a few short minutes!When I connected the Brother HL-L3210CW to my home Internet, I was able to print from my laptop computer, my tablet, as well as from my smart phone. Printing was nice and even with great quality. The printer made very little noise at all while printing. The one thing I truly love about the Brother HL-L3210CW is how smoothly it receives the printer paper, softly prints the document, and glides effortlessly out of the printer into the top receiving area. This process makes me feel that my documents and printing are being handled with care. Color printing was sharp and clear. My favorite feature is the ability to print double sided (which I have never had at home). AN extra step by feeding copy paper into the side feeder to print on one side, then simply placing those sheets into the tray to print the other was easy to do. Not only will this remarkable tool save on ink cartridge refills (these tanks are much larger and built more durable than standard cartridges), but you can save on paper by double-siding print jobs as well. This printer far exceeded my expectations in quality of print and execution of printing. Ink refills can be made on your own or by signing up with an auto-replenishment for convenience. The only suggestion that I could make is the weight of the unit as a whole. I fully understand that this product s made of quality materials and is durable. Nonetheless, the printer itself is a bit heavy to move around to different locations if need be. I was grateful to be able to sit in the living room and print something out on the Brother HL-L3210CW when it was set up in the office in the next room. I highly recommend the Brother HL-L3210CW printer for the home or office. It is easy to start up, easy to maintain, easy to operate, and is affordable with the potential to save even more money with usage.

I work in a home office and I found that the Brother HL-L3210CW Compact Digital Color Printer was a nice sized printer that fit perfectly in my limited space. It`s also aesthetically pleasing. The printer came with instructions that were not complicated and it was easy to set up. I downloaded the driver and software package online with no issues. The interface on the printer itself is also easy to use. It prints quickly and quietly, and I also like that there is a link under the Brother Status Monitor that you can click on to order additional toner. My only complaint is that the black ink doesn`t seem bold, it`s very faint when you print. The other colors are okay. Overall, I am pleased with this printer.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The printer came very well packaged from Brother. Upon opening the box, everything was very well laid out and packaged. When we started using the printer, we couldn`t believe how quiet it was compared to our 4 year old Epson printer. The cartridges went in very easy and the quality was amazing. The speed that this thing prints is astounding!!! You almost feel as if its a laser printer with how fast it is able to accomplish tasks. We also loved the fact that we were able to print from our mobile devices. We are trying to go towards a tablet/mobile home without computers and this fit right into our new lifestyle. The only downfall we found is that its not really fitting with the product name of "compact" because it a little big. But for what we needed, the size really didn`t matter. The finish on the machine was a nice soft white with nothing shiny on it to get damaged. The LCD screen is very well lit and very readable but we would have liked to see it a little larger. Paper variations and loading is very simple. One of my favorite features was how the printed paper comes out on top. Most printers shoot the paper out from the front and then it just becomes a mess. I loved how this printer kept everything nice and neat and organized on the top. This was one of the main reasons we got this one. I would rate this a 4.75 out of 5 just for the reason of it being a little large for just a printer.

I Love my new Brother Color Printer! The color on my copies look almost photo quality and appears to have come straight from the professional printer. I was able to unpack and set up the machine including toner cartridges without even looking at the instructions. The machine is a little heavy for me to lift and move around but once on my desk it is certainly sturdy and secure. It did take me a little while to figure out how to get my wireless setup functioning but that is simply because I am technologically challenged. My sister was able to get that set up in under half an hour. The printer is quick when I send pages to it and works well from the tray or manual feed option. I have been using a different home printer for the last 3 years and am amazed at the difference and quality in the Brother. Wish I would have made the change sooner. If I were to change anything it would to try and make the printer lighter in weight and have another color such as black as an option to cordinate with my home office. I think the price of the printer is very resonable and I love the fact that I`m not constant running out to buy replacement tonior cartridges. I am even signing up for the home delivery of the replacement tonor as needed.I have a lot of friends that work from home and can`t wait to tell them about my new printer that I know they would be interested in upgrading to for their own home offices.

When it came it was bigger then your normal "Inkjet" and I thought "great it's going to be very loud". Just to tell you how quiet this thing is, my brothers bedroom is right next to mine where I have this printer at and he could be sleeping and it won't even wake him! I thought this thing was going to be loud, but it is not, I highly recommend any one who is looking for a printer, to get this model, do not get a inkjet, two reasons why, 1. An inkjet will dry up an will make it useless , then have to go buy a whole new printer. 2.) Just to buy new ink for an inkjet will sometimes cost just as much as the price of a new printer or even more. This toner/ laser printer will last you for ever if you keep up on maintence on it I believe this was the best purchase I made, Brother products are of good quality, and I highly recommend anyone to purchase one!

This printer will easily meet the needs of our busy household as it is fast, quiet and produces good print quality . I will no longer need to take print jobs of 25 or more pages to the office or copy shop. I can now do this at home without having to wait or it costing a fortune in ink as with our previous printers. I love the wireless networking capability of this printer. I can print from my phone, tablet or Ipad as well as from my desktop. Easy to set up and very easy to use. I was a little concerned with grainy quality of print for the first few print jobs, but this resolved quickly and now prints perfectly fine. Found it very easy to change from printing documents to printing envelopes with easy to follow prompts and clear indication inside the paper trays for this feature. Overall great product.

SETUP: The printer was shipped in a nice quality and well designed box to hold the printer. The size of the printer is fine for an office or small home office but too large for personal use. Once I began the setup process, I found the large poster size instruction sheet with pictures, easy to use and follow. Attached to the printer and on the inside were orange plastic removable pieces which were clearly marked for removal from the printer during setup. The one step that I found slightly tricky was sizing the paper drawer to the correct paper size but I found myself not using the directions and realized the paper tray came all the way out. Once the printer was ready to use, I then had to follow the downloading instructions from the Brother website since my computer doesn`t have a CD/DVD drive. I was able to follow the online instructions all the way through without having any issues. I could see where someone might get frustrated during this downloading process if they got "lost" while trying to follow the instructions. I don`t consider myself highly computer savvy and I was able to download the software but it might have been luck that I made it all the way through.QUALITY/FEATURES: A nice feature of the printer is that once you are connected to the home or office internet, any other device that is connected, can automatically print without having to download the software. I would have liked a scanner feature with the printer as well. I found the quality of the printing good but not as sharp as I would have thought with such a large and what I would imagine to be a more expensive printer. The printer is fast and very quiet. Overall, I had a good experience with this printer and would recommend.

My experience with this printer was very mixed; it has some nice features and outputs, but was frankly quite difficult to set up and use. Maybe with time this will get easier as I understand all the details, but after a full week of using it regularly I`m still on the fence. This printer produced nice printouts of color photos -- they looked realistic and true to the colors on the screen, and my favorite part about printing photos was that I could print directly from my iPhone using the Airprint feature. This was great! However, when trying to print a photo from either my computer or my husband`s computer, both of which I had linked to the machine over Wifi, it seemed to take forever to transfer the data and in some cases the system just timed out without completing the printing. I`m not sure if this was because I didn`t do it correctly or what -- but I had no problem at all printing quickly for simpler documents, such as a Word document with some text in different colors. Simple color documents printed quickly and yet these had an issue too: when I printed documents with highlighted sections, something I use frequently such as when printing project notes, the colors of the highlighting were totally different in the printout than on the screen -- with the exception of the yellow highlight, which comes out exactly true to color. But other shades, such as green, blue, and pink, all of which look light-colored and easy to see through on the screen, printed out with such a deep pigment that the black text underneath the highlight was hard to read. This is an issue for me. I love that you can connect to this printer over Wifi -- but I had trouble getting the connection right. I eventually figured it out, but I have the feeling that if I try to add another new computer to the network, I`ll be starting from scratch all over again as it was a matter of trial and error without much clarity in the end as to why it finally worked. The instructions weren`t helpful at all in this particular case; however, I think people who have a better understanding of their home Wifi setup would probably have a much easier time with it than I did.Finally: the printer looks nice and very sturdy, but it`s larger than I imagined it would be -- I guess this is normal for color printers as they need to contain all the different toner cartridges -- but it means the machine is quite heavy and takes up considerably more space than my compact black and white machine from the same brand. Overall I would say that if your intention is to print over a hard-wired connection, and you mainly want to print photos or colored text (but not highlighted material), you will be satisfied with the printer. The quality of digital versus laser seems to me about the same-- I can`t tell any difference by looking.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review. This was a little bit heavier than I thought it would be. But I contribute that to quality and being built to last. I will say five stars for ease of setup. I did read and follow the instructions which were a little confusing - if this then go here, if that go here - but I got through it. I have a WPS router so that made it very simple. All my Apple mobile devices worked first time - no problem. I did have some kind of snag trying to do that without installing the drivers that came on CD but once I ran the setup with the CD it worked perfectly. If you don`t need a scanner or copier, this is a great, cost-effective printer. Set-up was a snap. The toner cartridges are very easy to deal with (much easier than the ink cartridges in my old ink-jet. Wireless set-up was also pretty simple (one thing to be aware of - when installing the driver, be sure to select "bonjour" if you want to use wireless.) The print quality is at least as good as ink-jet, and the laser process "fixes" the ink on the paper. My only issue with it is if you have a heavy stock paper or label project, you`re going to have to send all of your print jobs to que and nurse the printer, i.e. you`ll have to feed the paper through the printer manually - one-by-one... It is a complete pain in the rump, but it prints pretty fast once it gets started so as long as you can get the paper in the machine, the job completes fairly quickly..

After using this printer for about a week, I`m pretty pleased with its performance. It`s a pretty straight-forward, black and white/color printer - the kind you might find in an office. 1) Appearance: It looks good, its set-up and operation are pretty intuitive. It`s larger than many home printers, very solid and the ink cartridges appear to be significant and costly. I did read an article that indicated the printer may, at times, prematurely indicate the ink cartridges need replacing. Apparently, there is a way to easily over-ride or reset the detector so that you can get more out of each cartridge and just replace them when the print quality suffers.2) Functioning: This thing is whisper quiet - seriously. I can barely hear it. I did set it up using the quiet mode option. Not sure what the difference would be if I hadn`t. I like that there are easy options for reducing the ink density and for energy saver mode. Documents print quickly. I was impressed with how quickly documents were printed once the data was buffered. Not surprisingly, if printing photos or large documents, it takes a little longer for the data to buffer. I love the wifi option and the fact that I can print from multiple devices - it was super easy to print from my laptop, my tablet and my phone. Easy peasy.3) Print quality: I experimented with different options and found that for standard documents, the print quality is very good. The ink saver option would work well for quick printing where the quality matters less, but the print quality is noticeably lighter. The color printing is mediocre - colors are not entirely true to the original and I wouldn`t recommend this printer for photo printing. I experimented with printing on matte and glossy photo paper and found photos were adequate but not high enough quality to frame or display. This printer`s strength seems to be black and white document printing.

When I recieved the printer, I was impressed with the size and excited to open and get it ready to try. Assembly was very easy and self explanatory, while the directions give steps that are labeled as to what is done first. Though, I was able to set it up without explanations. Setup to connect my apple desk top took me some time to figure how to connect the wireless connection. So, I went online to the Brothers site and looked into the manual. I found that I could just download the Brothers app! After that, I was able to easliy figure the functions on the printer and my connection was ready for me to print. I also connected my phone witht he app.Printing is easy with this function. I even printed a picture from my Iphone and the quality of the color was great. The look of the printer goes with the quality of the prints, not cheap! After printing over 150+ pages of different colors and texts, it is no where near a changing of the toner cartridges that come with it. The printer has a report that can be printed out to tell you how many pages you have printed out, toner levels, life of drum ect... Which I really like!I really like this printer compared to the other printers I have had because of the wireless, but the prints and speed of how fast it took to print out 50 sheets was quick! Pros: Great quality, great for printing alot of sheets, high class printer. Great for photos and image heavy documents. No warm up time. Excellent all around performance. Very fast printing.Cons: Does not come with a USB adapter if you were not to use wireless. Somewhat heavy, but not anything to have me not buy it! DoesI would definitly recommend this printer of all the printers I have every had and will continue to use Brothers products.

This was of course after the installation software had frozen up twice. Overall, this was a laughably bad printer. Luckily I had purchased it from Amazon and was able to return it for a full refund. If you’re looking for a decent printer brand, Brother is NOT the way to go.

I really enjoyed how fast this printer prints. It prints out what you need a lot faster than an inkjet printer with the same quality as far as graphics go. I think the quality of text documents look a lot better on this printer than an inkjet. This printer is quite heavy and may take some help getting out of the box. That being said, this printer is the easiest printer I have had to set up. It comes with detailed instructions that are easy to understand. After lugging the printer onto the shelf, it was set up in a matter of minutes. The printer also reacts right away to a print request. No need to wait around for your document to get ready to print or to print. This printer is going to be my go to printer from now on.

SIZE AND ASSEMBLY: I was very surprised at the size and weight of this computer when it arrived. It is at least twice the size of any household printer I have ever had, and very heavy. My first concern was if I had the space for it. But it`s called the "Compact" printer because it`s in a nice square shape that easily fits into also most any space, and I was able to incorporate it into my home desk area. Assembly was simple. It comes with a "Getting Started" brochure, written in English, and shows you how to remove the internal packing material used and the other steps up to beginning software use. The drivers CD comes labeled and the directions on how to install the computer onto your wireless home or business network or use connected by a printer cable (printer cable is not included, although shown on the box. I chose the wireless option and connected easily to my own network, with no issues encountered. USEAGE AND SUPPORT: I printed over 50 different types of media, pictures to maps to documents, etc. and used all shapes and sizes of printer to print them on, some through the manual feed and then others through the general paper feed. I changed and rearranged the setting choices extensively, woke it up out of sleep many times, disconnected and reconnected to the internet, all in the hope of discovering, what, if anything, could unexpectedly go wrong. I even called Brother`s Customer Service number and spoke to an actual person within 1 minute, an amount of time that I was very impressed with. And they are available to help from 9a-9p Mon-Fri. RESULTS:After several days of use, my evaluation of this Brother printer is an offering of 3 out of 4 stars. Most of the operations and processes that the customer uses on a regular basis are easily navigated. For example, if you want to feed in a special piece of paper for a one-time print only, it would make sense for the opening for one specific piece of paper to lie directly above the main paper supply. And it does. And you can see that plainly from the outside. Then you just access that feature by opening that feed`s door.Pros: The settings menu that you access and navigate on the top of the printer isfabulously logical in its use and makes it easy to personalize your settings. You don`tkeep having to remember which button meant up` or go back` and spend 30minutes to change one setting. I set up all of my personal preferences using thebuttons and screen on the top of the machine only in about 3 minutes. The amount of paper that main paper tray can hold is over 1/3 of a full ream. Mosthousehold printers can`t hold even half of that. I was ecstatic to find this, as mycomputer and printer are not in the same room. So, when I run out of paper, I mustpause my work and refill my printer. And I very impressed at how easy it was to fillthe main paper tray each time, also. No snags or bent papers at all. I love the manual feed option. Very few standard home computers offer this, andthis option would be a deal-breaker now that I know it exists on the private (versusprofessional) level as an option. I like to print my own cards and pictures, andmanually feeding a printer just one piece of paper almost always leads to twisting orsmears for me. Photo pics turned out great, too.Cons: Size and weight. I know I told you that I made room for it, but a lot of needed space inmy home office area was sacrificed. So that can`t be my permanent solution. I thinkthat I will have to buy a small tray or table designated just for this printer. The LCD screen on the top of the printer is much too small. You can hardly read whatyour choices or warning messages are at all. Almost all printers today have bright,easily-read, large, touch screen menu that allows the user and the machine tointeract. Brother is really behind on this one.Overall, I am impressed with this printer and will be happy to have it in my home!

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion and as an accountant, I am constantly printing reports and having a reliable printer is very important. This printer has been very reliable! The printer is very simple to set up and the driver installation process is also very user friendly. I downloaded the driver from Brother`s website (the computer I am using does not have an optical drive to use the disc that came with the printer). Unlike a few other printers I`ve installed, this driver download did not prompt me to install additional unnecessary software.I was surprised how easily the print cartridges could be inserted and removed. The ink cartridges are very easy to access. There are "support rods" that hold the printer`s top open for ink cartridge replacement. The printer came with ink cartridges already in it. The paper tray can be completely removed and slides back in easily. I have not experienced a paper jam with this machine yet, but it`s nice to know the entire backside of the printer can be opened for easy access to clear jams. The printer feels solid and is very quiet while printing. This is a great printer to have next to your desk if you have the space available.

The printer was nicely packaged in the carton and secured well. The printer was easy to unpack and set up and had it in my office in about 30 minutes up and running and all the software installed. The printer came with toner cartridges too which were simple to install in the printer. I like that I can print wireless either from my computer or my phone depending on what I needed to print. The prints that it makes are vibrant and clear and so far I have yet to experience a jam in the printer. The printer is high quality and have been very pleased with how it works and it prints quick too.

I do love the fact of no more clogged ink after sitting. Setup was straight forward and without issues for me.

(E-Zee Wax Products This printer is fast and quiet with great print quality. I highly recommend this printer over ink jet printers. Cartridges for ink jet printers are expensive and don't last log. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent inexpensive laser printer I love this printer. Color laser printers are usually out of my price range but this one hit the mark. I was tired of paying for expensive inject cartridges and I love the quality of laser. I have owned a very cheap B&W Brother laser printer which has been a workhorse and laser cartridges don't break the bank. This color one looks like it will be equally reliable and cost-effective. I do set it to print in B&W to conserve color cartridges -- I don't need a recipe printed in color. If I could have two wishes it would be that it could scan (I have an old, big ink jet that is taking up space just so I can scan and I wish it was a little smaller -- again, just because my space it limited. That said, it is not a gigantic printer. I love Brother products because they are reliable and are affordable. BTW, I gave my daughter my old B&W and it is still working perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Value Elsewhere I purchased this printer primarily for printing photos. I also thought they would supply a software program to allow you to do that. That said, a software program did come with the printer. If you just want to print 8X10 photos it works, but if you want to print 4 photos onto a 8X10 sheet of photo paper you can't. I also tried to print a 4X6 photo but it wouldn't recognize the size. It also said you could download your photo's into the program, when I tried, the program froze, and not only did it freeze, it wouldn't allow me to download my photo's to another program. I had to uninstall the program. Since I don't have another photo program at this time, I can't speak as to photo quality. It does print in color and the color looks OK. I have used bother printers for a long time, and have been completely happy with their performance until now. Supplying no program is better than supplying a program that doesn't work, and is so full of bugs that it prevents other programs from working.

My only complaint could be a personal problem but I can’t get it on my wireless setup or to AirPrint for my iPad or phone. Had no issues connecting with my previous HP product but so far no success with the Brother. So just leaving it hardwired to my computer for now.

Only issue is once the printer goes to "sleep" upon "waking up" randomly prints multiple pages of scanner error codes when there is no scanner. Tried disconnecting from computer and reconnecting to no avail. Not using the wireless features have a direct wired connection.
