The faceplate does not stay on to the main unit and when you push an HDMI cable into the connector, the two pieces separate and you have to take it all apart and put back together. Terrible when your client calls and you do a free service call because of a bad design!! DO NOT PURCHASE

Rated 5 out of 5 bymnemonic76 from Design issuesSame as the other review, the connector pushes inside the wall. The construction consists of a very durable steel plate with a plastic box snapped on from the back. The product is shipped as two separate parts as there are different options for the finish of the plate. I believe it is necessary (and difficult) when assembling to be careful to ease the plastic clips into the metal tabs... don't just push them like you would normally with barbed clips... if you do you will shave of some of the plastic and make the device less secure.
