Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent multi task copierAfter receiving a complimentary Canon Printer MF621CDw I am writing this review about the product and its ability to perform its task as a copier, fax, scanner and more all in one.The Canon Printer MF 621CDw is incredibile, it has everything I need in a pluri task office equipment. First of all it is easy to configure the printer and computer with the disk it comes with. The printer is wireless and can be placed anywhere in the office of house. It has a vast paper holder that can hold enough paper for large copies. The ink is easy to install and remove. It is also a scanner and fax incorporated in one. The touch screen is easy to use and comprehend since it is showing you all the symbols of what to do. Each symbol goes to multi pages to render the user what to do and its facile to follow. There is an address book that can hold a copious amount of fax numbers and its names. Just press the address book and scroll for the name-number to send the fax.The copier can also be used to print stuff from a memory card that can be installed on the copier. There is also security features in which can be configured to know who is using it, and other tasks for someone who is an adherent to security and usage. This pluri office machine is not as heavy as it seems, the box is huge and machine is estetically nice to view while it sits in the office or home office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very touchy printer!I bought this printer to replace my old Canon inkjet printer. I've always bought Canon over the recent years, as they have always been good quality at a low price. I decided to splurge on the laser printer this time. I should have stuck to the inkjet printers. I can't fax or send a sheet through the feeder without it skewing and jamming. It's extremely touchy and seems to have an error message on the screen when I come in about half the mornings. I shut it off, turn it back on in a few minutes, and it's back to normal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast set-up. Easy to use. Hard not to like.I’m sharing my opinion of the Canon ImageCLASS MF632Cdw Wireless Color Laser Printer after receiving a complimentary one from Canon. I’m by no means a techie, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when it came time to get this unit up and running, and operating smoothly. Once I had everything unpacked, the instructions made it simple to connect wirelessly to my Apple computer, and I loved not having to wade through confusing menu options on the LCD panel. In less time that it took me to drink my morning coffee, my Canon was ready to go to work. My needs focus on making B&W and color copies, and printing text and images in both B&W and color. So I put this Canon through its paces, and though I’m embarrassed to admit this, the fast performance and rich results made me say an out loud, “Wow!” Contrast and colors were crisp and accurate. Speed was consistent, with no delays or hiccups. Noise levels were surprising quiet. And from the research I’ve done, the cost breakdown regarding paper and ink for this machine is extremely reasonable. The only downside I see to this particular Canon printer is its heavy weight and large physical size. It’s not a major issue for me personally, but it may be something worth considering if you’re thinking of checking one out. The real question is, having used this Canon and getting familiar with what it can do and how it performs, would I buy one? Absolutely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great small office printer with my MacLike a lot of others here, I'm tired of spending money on ink jet ink. I have a small at home office and needed something that my clients could look at. This printer did the trick (MF634C. I love the quality of the output and how little ink it uses. A great printer. I would give it 5 stars except that it goes to sleep sometimes and I have to go to the printer and bring up the home screen to wake it up. Not a big problem in my small office, but for a larger one it could be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Color imageClass Mfb32Cdw awfulI have two Macs sharing this printer, running exactly the same operating system. I have about a 50% chance that the job will print. If not, I have to reboot the printer and usually that works. Otherwise I've got to go through steps on the screen that usually make no sense to me so I have to go to other options. So, I reboot again and perhaps that works. If not, I'll open the document in another application and then try printing. I can generally get it printed one way or the other. I've been a Canon user off and on for 10 years. I still use my 8 year old Canon scanner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the featureshe product works great! My favorite feature is the scanning part. The assembly is very fast. The directions are easy to follow. The printer meets my quality exceptions because everything works as it is suppose to. Not cheap material. I would like to see the time instructions improved, I just couldn`t figure out how to fix the time settings. I would definitely recommend this printer to my friends and family, my uncle owns his own insurance company office and my aunt just started working from home so I will definitely let them know about this printer. I might mention I received this printer for free as a sample.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Printer, Confusing softwareI gave this printer 2 stars because of the software. I found it really confusing. I am the community nerd and if I had a hard time there must be a lot of people that feel the same as me. The basic setup is easy. But setting up emails and network computers is tough. Please make the software and web application easy to understand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not recommend if you need to scanThe Canon 632cdw will not do a preview scan on my system, so one of the 3 functions of the printer is crippled. Canon tech support told me there is no fix.
