Must have for smaller offices with big expectations
We had a MF820Cdn prior to and replaced with with and 810. Scans to email, prints good quality images for its size, and easy maintenance for office staff. The machines touch screen panel allows for ease of navigation, and the web admin set up is not overly complicated. Our older unit was used for over 3 years, and the only reason for replacement was due to a new unit costing less than it would cost to replace all of the drums. Only noticeable complaints I get back are perhaps the scan to email is kind of slow and that the Admin UI is kind of odd. Otherwise, all around great machine to put in the office.
