Love it!
I had to get this for work because of shoulder surgery, it was recommended by our ergonomics person. It took me about 2 weeks to get used to it but well worth the effort. No more reaching for the mouse to the side of the keyboard. The one negative is that I have an ergo keyboard and it does not fit well with it. I have gotten used to it, but it would be good if there was one that worked better with the ergo keyboards. Also, not sure if it is the ergo keyboard with it, but if I have jacket on with "puffy" sleeves at the wrist, sometimes the movement of the jacket will push on the roller bar causing it to do the left mouse click.
