The Hyper 212 EVO cooling systems are designed and optimized to provide the best user experience and cooling potential for a new generation of processors. The Hyper 212 EVO now features four Cooler Master patented Continuous Direct Contact (CDC) heat pipes that are tightly packed into a flat array on the CPU Cooler base. This acts as a virtual vapor chamber that dissipates a large amount of heat. The aluminum fin structure has been optimized to provide the perfect performance balance between high and low speed fan operations
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - processor cooler is rated4.83 out of5 by6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThis is a great heatsink for the price. I've used it for both AMD and Intel Processors. There is a very noticeable difference in cooling. I was averaging temperatures that were 20 degrees cooler (Fahrenheit).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI would have to agree with all of the other review on here: it is great (especially for the price) but it is VERY tall, so def make sure it fits your case (keep in mind the height of the mobo) It can def be a bit confusing to install because the directions with it are-- strange. Pay very close attention to details in the pictures in the directions (direction logos are facing, small details of shapes, AND WHICH PROCESSOR YOU ARE USING THIS FOR... AMD vs Intel have different ways of installing) Never the less, i just installed one of these last week with a 4.0GHz Core i7 6700K, 32GB Ballistix RAM, 256GB SSD, ASUS Z170-a Mobo and it is fast quiet and cool

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThis thing is amazing. For $30 it lowered my peak CPU temp by over 25 degrees. The fact that it is universal means i'll be keeping this one for a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI have this bad boy installed in my home computer with a core i& processor. This thing is tall, so make sure you measure your case before purchasing or it'll be hanging out the side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullLike its younger siblings before it, this is an excellent heatsink fan for the price. It's quiet, it's compatible with many different sockets, and it does an amazing job of keeping everything cool. Installing it is a bit iffy--tread softly and read the badly-written instructions carefully.
