Whats there to say, it worked...:)
I called in...asked about new ram and gave then my laptop model..they ga e me options...picked up 30 minutes later...was happy with the whole experience with one exception...i asked the guy where i go to pick it up and he was like its easy to find..i drove around the whole building looking for "will call/order pickup"door and didnt see it..so i went to the main entrance and they pointed me i the right direction...would say go put better signage up for will call..

Refreshed my work laptop performance
This upgrade from 8gb in conjunction with a Crucial 1tb SSD, really refreshed my work laptop. I had been struggling with running out of memory when creating / using large Excel spreadsheets with lots of VBA, but no more. The doubled memory means I rarely now hit 80% commit. The SSD is a very nice upgrade as well, reducing boot and load times for certain software significantly.

Fabulous buying experience!
A great buying experience! I just approved the web site's request to scan my laptop to determine the RAM I needed. It made suggestions and I selected one of those suggestions (2X8GB DDR3). They arrived quickly, fit perfect and worked 1st time!

Always a success with crucial products.
I always order my ram from crucial because it's never a hassle and there is no confusion on compatibility. Sometimes the price could be up to $20 more than a budget brand. But hassle free is what I prefer.
This product is compatible and gets the job done as expected.

False Advertisment and Memory Finder Fail
As stated in other reviews, the Crucial Memory Finder Software reports incorrect products Crucials response is that it was tested and does work (they fail to comment about correct speeds/frequency) It was also suggested that it was Dells issue not theirs. Buyer beware....
