Rated 5 out of 5 byJohnny from Not something i would take another chance at buying.Puchased Crucial MX500 500GB 3D NAND M.2 Type 2280 Internal SSD for my HP ENVY i7-u273cl.Unfortunately was not able to detect from the BIOS.Do not know if the product was defective, but did not want to spend weeks testing.Do not buy if you have a HP ENVY i7-u273cl. Too many specs requirements that make using a M.2 useless.

Rated 5 out of 5 byComputer repair from I would purchase another SSD from the Crucial site.The Solid State drive arrived quickly via the standard shipping and worked in a laptop that I repaired as advertised. I have had the drive in the laptop for over a week and it performs better than the original SSD that was in the laptop. I'm happy with this product and would purchase from the Crucial website in the future if I'm in need for any Solid State Drives or memory.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJohn from Would buy again!I picked up a mx500 m.2 500 gb ssd for my MacBook Air. I had to use the right adapter but installation was easy and write speeds have picked up. Very worth while investment into an already great computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJeff from So far so good, Acronis was easy to useI used this to upgrade the stock 128GB SSD in a relatively new Dell E7270 running Windows 10 Pro, using a NexStar M.2 SSD enclosure (NST-M2STS3-BK) and the Crucial-provided Acronis to clone the stock SSD to the new MX500. At the same time I added another 8GB of memory from Crucial to the machine. No surprises, no issues with Windows. The Dell BIOS made me confirm the extra memory on the first boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 byQPRFC from XPS 13 (9343) BSOD or Bios fails to detect MX500I bought this M.2 500gb to replace my original M.2 (PM851) and it continually gives problems.Either not recognised by bios or if it does then BSOD at any moment will occur. I now find out that I need the original packaging to RMA that I don't have now, so $70 wasted and maybe all my data too unless I buy an external case and try in a friend's laptop/PC to clone back to my original M.2

Rated 5 out of 5 bysaiton from easy to installit's very easy to install to my laptop. this ssd has two screw to fix it on M2 slot. so you don't need to find by yourself. ( I heard some ssd doesn't have it). it works fine now. it's delivered only three days by Fedex even international deliverly to Japan.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBPB from NOT compatible with HP EliteBook REVOLVE 810 G2This is NOT compatible with the HP EliteBook REVOLVE 810 G2 model. I haven't gone wrong with Crucial before, but I think this is mis-listed under their guaranteed compatible parts for the Revolve 810 G2. I've tried with two different HP Elitebook Revolve G2 systems and neither could detect it in the BIOS. (BIOS updated through the 2019 update in both systems.) I have a M.2 to USB adapter and tried to get both linux and Windows to recognize the drive that way, with no success. I don't know if it's dead or not, but don't buy this for your Elitebook Revolve 810 G2. (Please note - there is an Elitebook 810 G2 and an EliteBook REVOLVE 810 G2 which is more of a tablet. It's the latter I'm referring to. Maybe this does work with the Elitebook 810 G2 LAPTOP.)
