A rack/tower convertible UPS with line interactive topology, the CyberPower Smart App Sinewave PR1500LCDRTXL2U provides battery backup, power protection (using sine wave output), and surge protection for corporate servers, department servers, storage appliances, network devices, and telecom installations requiring Active PFC power source compatibility. The PR1500LCDRTXL2U uses Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to correct minor power fluctuations without switching to battery power, which extends battery life. AVR is essential in areas where power fluctuations occur frequently.

Fortunately we have not had many times that they have had to support everything on their own, but the few times that it has happened they have worked very well. They do a great job of supporting their load, and the LCD display is very informative. Coupled with the ability to control it over the network and to receive alerts due to the added module, they are fantastic units. The price for these when we got them was amazing as well. Simply shamed the competing prices.

I have always bought APC units in the past, but decided to take a chance with this one because of it's lower price and superior circuit protection, and I have to say that I'm really happy with its performance. Since then, I've purchased four more, and will continue buying them to replace all of my APC units.

Rated 5 out of 5 byCamSnap from nullI have owned around 10 Battery Backup systems, this one puts them all to shame.Love how this comes with the hardware in the box that allows you to setup it up for a rack or on the floor setting on its edge with feet. The LCD can rotate to match your install so you can few the settings properly.I also picked up the CyberPower RMCARD202 Remote Management Card, this will allow me to remote in form anywhere and reset my network if needs be. Wished the Card came with the unit, but for how this UPS is priced its a great deal and value and the extra $130 still make this one of the best deals.Loved using my prime to get free shipping on a heavy UPS, although they don't allow two days on this.Also is the largest unit you can use on a 15 amp plug.Ordering 2 more soon to replace the single units powering my different servers.

Our servers have redundant power supplies and we simply split them between UPS's.We have backup power that is reliable and redundant without the high cost of an integrated UPS.We have had great success with CyberPower products with zero defects or issues.
