Rated 5 out of 5 byTom54 from IssuesSo far, I'm not impressed. My company ordered several of these to test, to replace the WD15 model that we currently use. All of them are having the same problem, while connected to different supported laptop models, where the connection is lost to the network and USB peripherals when the laptop is locked. Also, the specs say that it will support 3 full resolution monitors, but the 3rd monitor is always at a lower resolution. Dell support's solution...after going through all steps of updating BIOS and drivers...replace them...we'll see...I mean maybe we just got a bad batch, but I'm not holding my breath.

Using the high speed USB 3.0 bus, this Dell dock extends all the connections a road warrior needs - gigabit ethernet, multiple monitor connections, USB Type-A ports and more.One of the great things about the USB-C dock is the ability to place to dock off the desk or work surface, giving the user more work space while still providing all the needed connections.A great addition to a modern Dell laptop!
