This dock works great with several different Dell models as long as you keep up-to-date on certain drivers. However, you sometimes need to manually search for the driver of this dock model rather than inputting the service tag.

Fantastic Thunderbolt dock that needs 1 more USB port
Works wonderfully, especially compared to the old TB16, BUT it needs at least one if not two more regular USB ports. Aside from that it's fast, easy to use, has a ton of length to the Thunderbolt cable making it easy to place on a desk and attach to a laptop.
