poor service
printer is not user friendly. . poor quality. has several trays. i just wanted a printed to feed paper and print. Dell chose this printer for me and said it was a good printer. They would not let me return. Very unhappy with them and printer. I bought a different one.

Great price. Was delivered on time. But it goes thru ink like crazy, which is ridiculously expensive. And the paper always seems to get stuck and/or won't track. Constantly have to reset it. Quite annoying and disappointing.

Excellent wireless printer with tons of features. All the features are really hard to setup, even in this age of technology EPSON still uses old ways of setting up. There literally 6 software downloaded into my Macbook for this device. All these apps perform different task and it so confusing for person who works in technology. I cannot imagine how much harder it for regular non-tech person. The printer doest work if the output tray is not open, it beats main purpose of clean box look as shown in pics and advertised. If you keep tray open all the time , it looks ugly. The ads are very deceptive. I would expect printer to function with tray nicely tucked inside with clean look.

I don't like this Epson printer. I just wanted a normal printer, one that is easy to operate. It seems complicated to operate. I purchased the printer along with my computer. I just went with what the sells rep offered me instead of researching myself. I got it for $80. I don't even like the way it is built. Very disappointed.

Great looking printer.
I wanted this printer for it's compact size. It's also a very good photo printer. The part for me was the ease of connection to my network, only had to search twice. Other extra features that I haven't needed yet.

Set Up Problems
Power cord was packed in such a way I did not locate it for 4 hours...Dell support told me to contact the manufacturer...duh! Used my old USB printer cable because new printer did not come with a way to wire to my computer...no I don't like wireless connections. Paper trays and output tray were difficult to locate and set up. Do like that printing will not start unless output tray is extended fully. Getting SCAN set up correctly was very difficult.

Good inexpensive Epson printer
A good little printer with a scanner. Had a little trouble connecting to my wireless LAN. Holds 5 print cartridges, tricky putting them in , also. Be careful. You have to open the front doors to print and have to pull the receive tray all the way-out for the prints to come out. Otherwise, works fine.

Description said all-in-one which I believed meant it included tax capabilities. Even did a chat before I purchased to verify. When I received product-no fax. Needed a printer immediately to work at home and couldn’t return. Feels like I downgraded.

Good value for the price
I have had this printer for about 2 weeks. It was easy to set up, and so far it is working well. The print quality is good for a product in this price range, and it does 2-sided printing very well. I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 not because of any defect or problem, but just because I do not think it is rave-worthy, and at this point I cannot comment on how it performs over time.

Does the job.
Does the job in all areas. Unless I just haven't found it yet, it appears that when you want to print a photo you can't chose the paper source that you want to use. I don't always want to print a picture on photo quality paper. Otherwise, I'm happy.
