Nice Upgrade
This replaces my 4 year old chromebook and what a difference! It's so much faster! I think it's actually a bit more than I needed...touchscreen, multimode display...but having a backlit keyboard, 14" screen with higher resolution is a treat and all in a package not much bigger than the 11.5" is replacing. It is heavier, but not annoyingly so.

Great replacement to an old clunker
I am very happy with the Chromebook. it is fast, and uncluttered. I wish there was a numeric keypad, but it appears that is very rare on any Chromebook. I am still not used to the size of the Enter and Search keys, but I can live with them. Love the backlit keyboard.

Christmas gift for my son, he seems quite happy with it. He loves that he can flip the screen to use it as a tablet; the touchscreen is great.

If you don't need Windows this is the awsome.
Received the Chromebook within a few days from HP which was awsome. We purchased as a second device to complement our laptop. Not requiring a Windows office suite this worked well. Chose the HP as it had the higher amount of ram but was priced fairly. Really easy setup with clear instructions. Once up, the screen, camera and keyboard were excellent. Good clear Duo calls and the lit keyboard is great in the evening, when extra room lights are not required. Great 12+ hour battery life as well.

MyChromebook is great and a good value!
I am very pleased with my Chromebook! It is a flexible tool that is and will be of great use to me! I gave it a 4 out of 5 only because of the issues I had with HP re:online bundle purchase. It took me 3 weeks to finally have HP send me my USI pen!!!
Otherwise, the product itself is fabulous!

Painfully small shift key
The shift key on the lefts side is painfully small. Diff than on the website photo. Fine otherwise.

A great buy
Needed them for kids virtual schooling, I found to be quite affordable (bought it during good Friday season). The quality is great and easy to understand and use. The kids are able to study with ease and use on their own. I thought it was going to be bigger though, but it is still quite okay and very great value for money.
