Company sent last years model without LCD Display
I placed this order on May 29, 2013 on purchase order # 28051. upon receipt I notice the printers does not have the LCD Display on top. Also I notice the printers manufacturing dates were 2011. I have sent multiple emails concerning the return of these items, but as of 7/1/2013 no RMA # or contact back from the Executive Account Manager.

Great product
Very good thermal printer, one-third the cost of the dot matrix now being used. Consumables are quite high, 2 cents per label.
