Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing. 19 mos. ago I bought an Ideabook new from Costco. I have been very disappointed with it. The adapter I recently bought from Lenovo was not correct for my Ideabook and would nor charge my machine. It had the wrong output (not a single prong). This after spending 20+ mins. with the sales agent while ordering and paying nearly $60 for it. The single prong output on the original adapter that came with the unit broke off in the Ideabook leaving two short electric prongs. When I called Lenovo tech support to ask what alternatives I had, they suggested I buy a docking port that might have a single prong output that might work. Then, I tried buying a universal adapter from Amazon. When I tried to use it, the Ideabook immediately locked and shut down. At this point I have no way to charge the unit. This after the camera failed within 6 mos. of purchase. So, I am cutting my losses with Lenovo and buying a Dell today. Both the adapter I bought from Lenovo and the universal adapter from Amazon were 20V 2.25A adapters. Sorry. My experience with Lenovo has been extremely disappointing.

However, It was the incorrect part for my computer and I will be sending it back. After locating the serial number on my computer I was told that I would need to talk with the 3rd party parts vendor to get the adapter. I received the adapter on Thursday from the vendor and it is the correct part. Third time was the charm.

Third party vendors kept trying to sell me adapters with the wrong power output. They would have ruined my Yoga laptop. Not only was the price reasonable, it arrived two days earlier than expected. I am a very satisfied customer.

The battery will charge and hold the charge -- sometimes. Other times, the plug indicator blinks and says "plugged in, not charging." This is not good.

So was excited my wife's Lenovo Yoga came with USB-C ports. However we have been through 3 of the Lenovo USB-C chargers, they just stop making a connection after minimal use; one within a day. My wife currently uses one of my chargers for my pixel phone. Laptop is great, charger not so much.

The description didn't say it was for my device, but I looked at my current charger and matched the 45W & USB-C & AC type charger...pretty easy to figure that it would work, since everything matched and I was right. So nice to have one at home and one at work now.

I love the charger as it charges super fast but oy wish it was more durable. It easily snaps off the charging port even if I lightly place my laptop a little away in a way that the charging wire stretches only a bit. It just snaps and clicks away. Overall charging is good.

This replacement lasted about 3 days. The connection literally broke off in my laptop. I ordered yet another replacement, and after just a few days, my laptop fell off the coffee table and bent the connection. It only charges intermittently now. I’m done. Looking for a laptop with a better designed charger.
