Rated 5 out of 5 by from Probably Nice - If I Could Use It The monitor arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the base and the lift/tilt arm weren't included in the box. There was an extra Australia/New Zealand power cord included instead, but I'm in the US. The picture looked nice the one time I plugged it in with the display flat on its back since that's all I can do with it while the arm is on back-order.

I ordered a monitor and it was delivered without a stand..yea, just the screen..When I called, the rep told me these monitors don't have stand, and that they don't have any to send...The same day I returned the monitor, a stand arrived. Monitor gone...Stand on my desk!

Allows power off the USB connectors so you can charge your laptop while using the monitor (ie no need for an extra power cord for you laptop). I think it is a bit heavier than it needs to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I had high hope for my purchase but it was a let down. I ordered a p330 along with this p24h monitor. I am unable to get the p24h I got to work with my p330. I tried (p330 tiny) HDMI-HDMI (p24h)... no luck. I purchased a (p330 tiny) miniDP to DP (p24h) cable and the screen still doesnt display. I tried calling tech support but with COVID looming, it took forever to get connected and the quality of the call was so bad that I was dropped on both of my calls after waiting for 30+ minutes on the phone. It may just be bad luck but I am done with this monitor. I am about to be 2 weeks behind my project and I dont have time to waste anymore.

It not only charges the laptop, but also integrates everything plugged into the USB ports in the monitor. Everything works flawlessly. I thought I would need a separate docking station, but this is much better for my home office setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never worked Bought a Lenovo PC and monitor direct from the company. Monitor came, hooked it up to my old PC while waiting on the PC. PC came, didn't work. Tech support came out, replaced motherboard and still didn't work. Got a new PC sent out. New PC didn't work, either. Got a new monitor sent out. Sending everything back and buying a different brand. I had high hopes after spending nearly $1,000 and having the brand recommended by my IT husband. I'll say this: Both phone, online chat, and in person support were great. And I'll get a full refund once they process the return. Provided that sl happens in a timely manner there's no real loss other than the month and a half of my time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic for laptops This monitor is the first 1440p display I have ever owned and it would be hard to to back to a standard FHD monitor after using this. What makes this monitor stand out compared to a lot of other ones at this price point is the USB-C connector. I use it with my ThinkPad and it allows my mouse, keyboard, headphones, microphone, display, and charging to run through a single cable. So when I need to take my laptop away from my desk I only need to unplug one cable.

Plenty of versatile port options with multiple USB A ports, display port and USC C. The 24" size is perfect for a desk without being too big. I have it paired with another Lenovo monitor of the same size and it's a perfect set up for work. Very happy with this monitor!

The thing I like most is the built-in USB type-c hub, which helps to declutter my desk. I can connect all my peripherals (headphone, mouse, keyboard, etc. to the monitor, and connect my different devices through one usb type-c cable. Specifically, the monitor works well with my working device MacBook Pro and my Galaxy smartphone in Dex mode. The high pixel density and rotating stand is also important to me. I mostly use this monitor in vertical mode for reading documentations and papers. It serves me well.

Only downside was that the USB-C cable was non-functional and I had to substitute my own hdmi cable in order to get it connected to my laptop. Would be nice to receive a working cable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Monitor, Great Price I spent so long scouring the internet for a decent monitor with USB-C capabilities before finding this one. It was easy to set up, the picture is clear, the size is great for my desk and the bezels are pretty thin. Most importantly, not only can I display video directly with USB-C, the monitor supplies enough charge to power my laptop, and it functions as a USB hub! This monitor was the best use of my home office budget as I got set up working from home during the odd time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad Experience Despite the glowing reviews for this monitor, my experience has been poor. There are some positives, though, and they're major: First, you can charge your computer through the USB-C connector. Second, there are multiple USB ports. These were the major selling points for me and they're great. However, every time I move the monitor - gently up or down on the stand, or gently pulling it closer or pushing it back - it goes off. The power cord, despite still being in place and seeming to be connected, loses connection, and I have to keep jiggling it ill finally it comes on. The other thing is that I had some problems with setting the monitor up and it took forever to get someone to help me. I initiated several chats and phone calls and most of the time when I could get through to someone, they'd pass me off to someone else. I can't even remember how many times that happened, and that was only when I could get to a person - much of the time, the phone queue system keeps looping you back to the same place (it also tells you you can initiate your help request online, but that didn't work, either. Eventually 2 people really tried to help me and the problem got solved (after more than a day and multiple times reaching out). To add insult to injury, 5 days after I received my monitor, they dropped the price! Truth is there's much to like about this monitor,but I seem to have received a lemon and will have to exchange it - meaning I'm going to have to try to reach someone again, which I dread. I'm a first time Lenovo customer and based on this experience, I don't think I'll be back.

I am using it for work: mostly video conferencing, spreadsheets, apps that require lots of data displayed at once. Love the connectivity by USB3. I am using one via USB, one via HDMI. In both cases no problem with connection or picture. The description on the page does not say it clearly, but the monitor actually offers USB2 hub also (when connected via USB3).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality and value I bought this monitor about a month ago now and it’s been a great purchase decision. Pros: – Bright, vibrant colors – Thunderbolt 3. Plug in your laptop and it effectively becomes a desktop workstation with just one connection. – Sleek, modern design with thin bezels – Multiple inputs. I can easily switch between my laptop and desktop computers with just three button presses – DisplayPort daisy chaining (I am very tempted to buy a second one of this model) – Stand height and angle are highly adjustable – Easy assembly (about 2 min in my case) – Fantastic price, especially considering the quality of the display Cons: – The stand is *slightly* unstable. You see it wobble when you move it but otherwise it remains more or less stationary Highly recommended, particularly if you have a USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 port on your laptop! The value can’t be beat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good picture, audio out is a disappointment This monitor provides a sharp picture with little bezel. The stand brings the monitor height up to a comfortable location. I like the multiple inputs, it would be nice if there was a single button to switch between them. The audio out is a disappointment. When plugging in my speakers, at full volume it is only a fraction of the audio out if I am connecting directly to the hub or other device. Guessing there is a safety decrease for headphones, but it makes using it with speakers worthless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Wide Open World of Possibilities in My Cubicle My company was dragging their feet honoring my request for a couple of decent monitors, so I took the plunge and decided to get 2 of my own. To be inconspicuous as possible, I decided to go with Lenovo monitors to match the standard Lenovo in the office. They fit in perfectly with my company Lenovo laptops and my personal keyboard and mouse (yes they are a tight on budget right now, and I did not feel like going through the bureaucracy). Anyways, I have one laptop connected via a docking station to the 2 monitors via DisplayPorts, and another using one cable via Thunderbolt. Perfect setup. It's actually a pleasure to come in to work and power up my system. Great functionality all round, with many inputs and options for connections. The form factor and resolution is perfect as I can set them to 125% ratio for super-sharp looking, crisp text, and still have enough real estate for spreadsheets and workflow. My workday is actually fun, instead of eyestrain, cramped feeling, and a challenge. I couldn't ask for a better workstation setup now.

This is easy to raise, lower, and tilt. Picture quality is great. The first one I received was damaged. Lenovo did a good job shipping me a new one fast.

I gave it 4 stars because I wish the stand could go higher such as the HPZ24n. The color and detail is as good as the HPZ24n. Very happy with this purchase since the HP's are around $400.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Color accurate monitor for work and photo-editing Good color accuracy out of the box with no light bleeding and no dead pixels. The viewing angle is very wide, and the screen is really eye-friendly. Really appreciate the USB ports as well as the type-c connection which make the setup very clean especially when connecting to a laptop. The monitor does wobble. The back panel is indeed quite plasticy. Lenovo did not specify the color depth for this model, but I think it is 8 bit. The monitor settings are somewhat cumbersome to adjust. But for the price, none of these bothers me at all. At least, I am not paying a grant for a stand. I connect this monitor to my laptop and use it as my primary screen for a long period of time every day, and I do photo editing in sRGB space on this quite frequently. So far this monitor offers all the features I ever want and has the best value for money in my opinion. If type-c is not necessary, the 24q might save some extra bucks. Oh, btw, I really like the look of this monitor, but it is a matter of personal taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Monitor defective and replacement is on backorder I have had this monitor for about 3 weeks and have been living with a screen flickering issue where random lines appear on the screen momentarily. They tell me that they will replace it with a new monitor, but they don't have any and are waiting for more to come in. They would not provide me with a an ETA so I don't know how long I will have to wait for a new one. Other than the screen flickering the monitor has a nice picture and is easy on the eyes. The little red clamp on the back is removable so I took that off. No other complaints.
