The only reason this is not a 5-star review is the quality of the directions. Terrible! It took me several attempts on Google to figure out why the laptop did not recognize the webcam. It requires two different cables. I wasted a lot of time with that.

Such a great product and makes working way more efficient. The camera on the monitor is a huge plus because I can use this as my main screen as well so people know I am looking at them and not at another screen. 100% recommend.

Audio... about an 8... but I use a stereo connection to a system anyway,.. as a standalone speaker... its tin-ny. .. no bass. But I didn't buy it for the audio. However there's Voice over IP.. in the name.. ? not so sure what that's about... there's no talk/voice option on this that I can find.. ? where's the microphone?

Default brightness setting is slightly dimmer than Lenovo ThinkPad brightness - perfect. Priced appropriate. Took me a bit to figure out how to enable the monitor's webcam - needed USB cable which comes with it. Good to go.

The instructions did not mention anything about how to connect the monitor to a laptop. After several hours of trying and changing cords, I realized I needed 2 of the included connector cables. One to present the laptop on the monitor and another one to enable the webcam. The color quality of the webcam is a little poor too. It is not true to color. Everything has a pink tone to it (beige is pink, red is purple...)

The screen resolution is good, nice color and clarity, the webcam works seamlessly, but the built-in speakers are weak, good enough for office meetings. Very easy to setup and connect. The ThinkShutter to allow the webcam to be turned off is great.

Had to return the order in exchange for a replacement, and the customer service was very helpful and quick. Got the replacement item after 4 days!... The one thing I suggest to change is the packaging. The first order had to be replaced as the screen was broken. It was facing one side of the box (instead of facing inside the box, if that makes sense, and it makes it prone to damages.

TIP: You can use any of the included cables (VGA, HDMI, or DisplayPort to connect the monitor to your computer, but you MUST use the included USB cable to get the camera in the monitor to work. This was very unclear in the instructions. The monitor is great, the speakers are good just to have volume, but you will want something else if you want good sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor quality I have been a loyal Lenova customer, but I am very disappointed with the ThinkVision T22v-10 21.5 Inch Wide FHD VoIP Monitor with Speaker and Webcam. First, the quality of the camera and microphone are both terrible; so much so, that i have bought an external camera and use it over the built in camera. The camera image quality is poor. The mic does not transmit clearly and creates an echo for those I am communicating with. Switching to the external camera fixes both of these issues (so it is an issue with the camera and mic, not an issue with the teleconferencing platform. Finally, it is absurd that when I purchase a computer and monitor from Lenova (as part of the same purchase), that they do not come with the appropriate cord(s) to connect the monitor to the computer. The monitor came with a HDMI cord, a VGA cord, and a Display port cord; the computer did not have a connection for any of these. First, it is incredibly wasteful to send 3 cords when only a single cord is needed. It is even more wasteful when none of these 3 cords work. I had to go purchase a HDMI to mini-display port adapter.

This is the perfect size too— not too big, not too small. They look very sleek and the monitor is thin, which I love. They were very easy to assemble. I finished assembling in about 3 minutes each. The resolution is amazing and the colors are crisp. The built-in speakers and cameras are also good. They have a whole bunch of ports that you can use to connect to a docking station or your laptop. They’re perfect! I can’t wait to get my height-adjustable desk so I can attach these to the monitor arms that I bought.

The sound wasnt good either; struggled to hear the other person and be heard. Had high hopes for this item. I can say that the screen looked nice, but if you're buying this primarily to use the webcam, speakers, and mic, I recommend you don't go with this product.

I was searching for a new monitor to replace my old one that I purchased back in 2008, which suddenly died on me without any warning. During this "New Normal" generated by the Covid-19 Pandemic, my desktop and monitor are a must have in order not only to search the web for shopping and stay connected through zoom teleconference with work and love ones. So, I needed a monitor with integrated speakers and video camera making it easier for to achieve this goal. I searched everywhere for this kind of monitor. It was very hard to come across one that responded to my need.The ones That I found were a lot more expensive. The ThinkVision T22v-10 21.5 Inch Wide FHD..., not only was cheaper, under $200, but perform very well and easy to install. The good thing, it came with all the cables necessary to attach to my computer. The camera exhibits a bright and sharp picture up to 1080p. after downloading all required software it works beautifully. Also delivery was on time, one day before promised the time. I recommend this monitor

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect answer for reaching out from quarantine! I wanted to set up a webcam for my 80+ y/o mother, so she could more frequently see the family during the COVID crisis. Unfortunately, webcams are becoming hard to find. I discovered this monitor/webcam combination on the Lenovo site - and the cost is no more than a decent webcam, and my mother would benefit from a new display as well. It arrived in only 5 days from order, and was a cinch to set up - and I love the adjustibility of the stand for height, angle, and even screen rotation, which I don't need. Tested out with Zoom and Skype - was quickly identified by my laptop, and worked easily. Screen quality at least as good as the cost would warrant, with a 1920-1080 resolution, and bright enough for indoor use. The ThinkShutter to allow the webcam to be turned off is great, too! Probably my only ding is that the quality of the sound is lower than that of my thinkpad microphone/speaker - it's a bit hollow sounding. Not sure if it's due to the Microphone or the Speaker end of things, but it wasn't the best. But it works, and I hope that my mother will feel a little less confined if she can reach out to her family, friends, and the occasional doctor doing telemedicine.

Worst feature is the webcam which has a grainy resolution, while the main monitor has excellent resolution. Speakers are adequate but not great. But overall, it works fine as a second monitor for my purpose.

The display is so much more clear and crisp than the screen on the Dell , that I am now buying a Lenovo desktop and second ThinkVision T22v-10 monitor to connect. The Dell is being replaced just as soon as the new Lenovo product is delivered. Good stuff Lenovo - I’m impressed.

The display and audio / speakers are of lesser quality than my laptop but good enough. I would give it 4 stars but the audio, though it can get fairly loud, sounds muffled / not great. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad.

In fairness, I intend to call Technical support for help before sending this one back. My Think Centre Monitor is far superior to the Think Vision Monitors I am having problems with.

But it does run very well and is exactly what I was looking for for a remote work station. The image quality is great, the screen height and angle are adjustable, and it functions well with the blue light dimmer application I use.

The camera and microphone are not very good - I had hoped to use this as my primary monitor for lots of Zoom calls but the built in microphone is not good, and image quality is so-so. Disappointing overall. It's an affordable monitor but I think the technology is a few years behind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I recently purchased a Lenovo ThinkCentre, so of course I needed a monitor and opted for the ThinkVision T22v-10 21.5 Inch Wide FHD minotir. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the item arrived in a few days. I was originally contemplating a larger screen but the wide inch display makes this a great size monitor for home or office use without having to spend a ton of money. I like that it came with a built in webcam which I can use for office meetings, without the need or hassle of buying a separate item. I like that set up was a breeze and required no outside tools, so the monitor was up and running in just a few short moments. Even connecting the monitor to the tower was a breeze, and I'm not the most tech savvy. The color quality is great and the rotating picturesque images on the lock screen are an added bonus. The adjustable height is great for whatever your height needs are and the base feels sturdy without taking up too much space. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

The screen raises and lowers quite a bit so if you have to accommodate an unusual desk situation like I do it will work pretty well. The camera resolution is a bit grainier than the camera on my laptop. Not very clear. Also - When I ordered this, the salesperson told me it would work using only the HDMI cable OR the VGA cable OR the USB3 cable plus a power cord. That is not the case. The camera ONLY works when the USB3 cable is plugged in. And the monitor requires either HDMI, VGA or USB3 to work. Plus a power cable. So three cables coming out the back instead of two.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable Monitor WITH a Camera AND Speakers! WOW I just hooked up my new monitor today and it is nice. The colors are pretty vivid and it is a relatively compact unit. I am not thrilled with the bottom part of the stand as it takes up a weird space on my desk but I think I will adjust. I do like that the stand can be raised or lowered, it includes cable management and that the monitor can be tilted. The camera hookup wasn't clear in the instructions, but I did finally figure it out. I did not realize that it HAD to be connected via the (thankfully) included USB cable. After installing the drivers, it took some tweaking and patience to get the camera to actually work. Then figuring out how to switch from IR to RGB was a little aggravating but not impossible... It would take someone with less knowledge of computers a lot longer than it took me though - most likely requiring a call to customer service, but the "chat/help" button did provide me some good resources so I was able to get it working without having to call in. The instruction manual, if you can call it that, really needs to be a little more clear as to what exactly one needs to do to get everything working properly and all drivers, etc. installed correctly, though. Having (2) HDMI, the USB and a VGA cable included right in the box is FANTASTIC! Thank you all for having that forethought! It is so annoying to forget to buy cables and not be able to complete hookup without having to run back out to get them. One issue I had was when I tried install the drivers. The website link shown on the instruction manual sheet did not work. I had to manually search for the monitor on the Lenovo website. It took me a few extra minutes than it should have, but I am not a novice when it comes to these things so I was able to find it. Someone with slightly less knowledge would definitely struggle with finding the drivers. I am not sure I ever got the actual monitor driver installed either. There were no "EXE" files in the driver package I downloaded from the website when I finally found it. But it's working fine, so there's that. I like that the screen is more "matte" than reflective too. The speaker quality is eh. Not horrible, not great. I can hear stuff. But I do have a surround sound hook up, so it's fine. But if I would not try to rely on them if I were in a fairly loud environment for sure. I do not like that I can only seem to control the volume via the buttons on the monitor itself, rather than through the computer, but that COULD be due, at least in part, to the aforementioned surround sound system... Mic quality seems OK but haven't had much of a chance to test it out. It is nice to have everything all in one package though. Purchasing them separately can get costly and then there is a possibility of compatibility issues too. All in all it seems to be worth the cost, but we will see as time goes on.

Online help from Lenovo was remarkably unhelpful with this issue as well. I managed to (by accident) solve the problem by finding a comment on a blog. Lucky me!
