Repacks, not new!
I ordered 2 of these and both were repacks. I was expecting factory sealed items, not returns or factory seconds.

lexmark MX331adn MFP - customer help not very good
Currently - I would like to give it 0 stars- As our brand new MFP paper tray will not slide open, placed a request for tech help and are awaiting a replacement printer (has been 3 weeks now --- we are very not satisfied as are now trying to run office with one mfp as we wait for the replacement for our 2nd printer. Staff is getting very angry and frustrated. Hopefully replacement arrives soon and isn't broken either. Not very good customer help
