Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dead Pixels After Only 1 year. I purchased this monitor in October of of 2021. In beginning of December of 2022 (only 14 months) a dead pixel line formed horizontally through the middle of the screen. Before that it would have probably been a 5 star review. But I cannot recommend this monitor when I have other LG monitors/TVs for 5+ years and never have developed dead pixels. I have never moved this monitor I took it out of the box and immediately installed it on a proper monitor arm for the size screen and have hardly moved it since.I Just started work one morning and the pixels were dead. Very frustrating, I have owned many LG products. All my personal monitors and TVs are all LG. This is my first LG product to do this. I hope it’s the only.

Crystal clear image, great colours even without using HDR, deals really well with motion if you like playing FPS games. Can't recommend this enough. It's really good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Failed in less than a month Purchased February 20th. The morning of March 15 started the monitor, which flicked and then was covered by horizontal black lines. Looked up other reviews and discovered that this is common and a result of a faulty panel and burnt wiring. Absolutely disappointing. Lovely monitor when it worked, but failing after less than a month of use is absurd. I have requested a full refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG 34in ultra gear ultra wide monitor I have had the monitor for over 3 months now and coming from just using my 13in macbook pro to this larger screen has been a complete game changer in my overall workflow, from viewing charts, to editing photos and videos, and just everyday use the extra screen size has been unmatched. The quality for the price is the best i’ve used and i have recommend this model to 2 of my close friends and after using mine they are going to switch over to LG monitors due to the experience quality

I switch back and forth between these quite often and this monitor handles that as well as can be expected. The one thing tat would have made my life easier is a built in camera.

It allows me to see all my documents and all programs at once. Great resolution and crisp image. I am not a gamer so couldn’t speak to the quality for that activity but love it for my purposes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy set up, great picture, color and size. I bought this monitor as an investment in my at-home office set up due to Covid. I run a Nintendo switch through the monitor for gaming as well as steam and a personal computer for office work. At my office, I was used to multiple monitors and navigating through my workflow on the various screens. I felt eye strain constantly as the multiple monitor set up was flat angles without a curve, since the switch to the curved monitor I have just as much monitor space to work with without multiple monitors stands cluttering my workspace or the eye strain. Additionally, the multiple user's profiles make switching between gaming platforms and work a breeze without needing to manually readjust color or gamma, etc. its seamless and easy to use the monitor's navigation and its power save options are a plus. At the price, this monitor outperforms my expectations and has improved my work station and gaming station more than I imagined it would. invest in a decent audio system and things get immersive fast! - P

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture, multiple options I have had my ultra wide for a year now and I am hooked! I do not believe I can go back to a normal 16:9! The color out of the box is very vibrant and vivid and when you can use HDR and freesync this becomes a beautiful standard for gaming The one con I had was 3 months into using the picture completely died! I contacted support andoonce it was sent off it came back in was back to normal thankfully.

I was astounded at the great colors, the difference between this and other monitors I've had in the past is something else! Playing games with without screen tearing has also been an absolute joy. Would recommend 10/10

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This item sucks Bought this item and on the second day started flickering, the third day the bottom part of the screen is greyed with lines and flickering, fifth day left half of the screen is flickering and grey out. 1 week after buying the whole screen is greyed out with lines and flickering. 8th day wont even turn on. I missed many schoolwork, project and work because of this.

No cost to me. I have been with LG products for years. This experience will keep me for years to come.

I use it for competitive gaming so I have at least 600+ hours of screen time already on it and there hasn’t been anything wrong with it that I’ve discovered over that timeframe. Highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an ultra wide monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flawed design This is a great display. The colors are rich and I don't notice too much ghosting. The 1ms feature is more of a gimmick, just like on other LG displays in this price bracket. When enabled, the screen gets very dim. I just leave the feature disabled. The only real flaw with this display is the horrible screen tearing. I have used two monitors of this model with two different computers with the same result. On a seemingly random interval a screen tear will scroll from the top of the screen all the way down to the bottom. This doesn't seem to be related to Adaptive Sync or refresh rate. It is more pronounced when the Response Time in the monitor OSD is set to Fastest, but is still visible when it is set to Off. This occurs when playing games, watching videos, and when the computer is idle, but is only visible with movement (like scrolling a web page or moving an application on the desktop). I recommend you avoid this monitor due to this major flaw. If you search online for screen tearing on this exact model you will find others that have this same experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the monitor, one issue. I got the monitor for Christmas, and it has been absolutely awesome for entertainment and games. Beautiful picture, high FPS, and great depth. The one issue is that 3 months in, horizontal lines appeared suddenly at the bottom of the screen. Not sure what caused it might be the kids as I am not the only one who uses the computer and rearranges it. So far, working with LG customer service has been outstanding. Prompt, friendly service in dealing with getting the monitor fixed so far. Not to mention they picked up the tab fully. A little bit of a turnaround, but expected with COVID-19 policies crushing private sector businesses. Looking forward to getting my sweet monitor back for some more gaming!
