Rated 5 out of 5 byHappyLamb94 from Loses connection oftenWorks fine the first time but after you restart or plug it into a different computer it will stop working and you'll have to download a program to re-pair it. They also don't seem to mention anything anywhere that this is a bluetooth headset. When using it in BT mode, it works perfectly. When using the included dongle it's terrible.

I have had to wear one of these for three years dictating at a grossing bench. Sound? excellent. Coverage? Great! Simple to install? You bet! Wear it for more then 3 hours? HORRIBLE HEADACHE
