When u would add this item into cart it would show as the other item I did not want. I had to contact sales and have them order for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for long hours of typing and working with a mouse I believe this is the smoothest, most comfortable keyboard I ever worked with, and I have been in the work force for 50 years! The stroke of the keys is comfortable, the keys are spaced just right, and the wrist pad is wide and comfortable. The mouse is also a good fit for me. I like the that the wheel noise can be turned on or off. Both the keyboard and mouse have been comfortable for me to work with for hours at a time without the nagging pain of carpel tunnel.

That doesn't bother me. Wish this keyboard had a lighting option on the keyboard. So whenever working at, or playing a game would beneficial.

The primary value for me was the ability to quickly switch from one laptop to the next. Unfortunately, it's not as compatible with Windows and often disconnects without reconnecting once the Windows laptop becomes idle and then you have to run troubleshoot or reboot. Logitech support was useless

If you have multiple computers and work on them side by side, it's very easy to select the 2nd or 3rd computer while keeping your 1st easily accessible. Great for IT folks who run a main computer and then might be reloading windows on a laptop at the same time. Great multitasking ability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I even imagined... I bought this keyboard and mouse because it was ergonomic AND it was a bluetooth set. I have two laptop computers (one for one job and another for my business / personal use). Switching the dongle between the two was awful as I had to do it daily and sometimes more than once per day. If i wasn't switching dongles it meant I was working with two keyboards and 2 mice, which meant I had to store whichever set I wasn't using. Not a great way to do things. So I bought this mouse and keyboard to be able to use with both laptops. Turns out, I can hook up to 3 computers and switch back and forth between them with the touch of a button (ok, two buttons, one for the mouse and one for the keyboard, but hey, that's still pretty great). I've never had any connectivity issues with either AND my wrist and arm no longer hurt from so much time spent working. While this was really the only option that met both my criteria, it was definitely a great decision and I would recommend to anyone (and purchase again, if I needed an extra set). I'm really happy with the purchase and really impressed.

Doesn't show bios with the Bluetooth connection built into the xps 8940. It is highly programmable for the function keys. Great bang for the buck.

I like the feel of the keys when you type and especially the fact that it can be connected wirelessly to 3 devices (I have it connected to 1 only so far). The mouse has a solid construction and the cursor moves smoothly across the screen. Why not 5 stars? It would be perfect if you could assign snippets to the keys. You can only assign actions. I would not hesitate to buy it again, though

If I delay five seconds (sometimes even less) of using my mouse it defaults to going to sleep and I have to wait a couple second delay for it to respond.

Have not tried their use on multiple devices. One thing that needs fixing (maybe I don't understand the settings) is my DELL desktop will go to sleep and moving the mouse or touching the keyboard won't wake it up, as is the case with USB devices. Otherwise a great deal for the combo. And its nice not to be tied to the desktop with a USB cable.

They have an app to install on your computer where you can customize what different shortcuts there are and what different buttons do. The keyboard is very quiet and has a nice wrist support/comfort bar. The mouse has three buttons on the side which I kept pushing on accident and since I'm not very tech savy I had to have my daughter help pair/re-link the mouse to the computer. It has the option to connect to three different screens/computers. The best part is that the mouse and keyboard are wireless! We have cats who like to chew on cords, so this is a great feature, but for me personally there are just a few too many buttons and options available. It would be great for a more advanced user, or someone who does a lot of multi-tasking and working on their computer but I mainly use it for reading emails and light internet browsing so I prefer my simple, standard keyboard and mouse.

The mouse is super smooth and can even be used on the couch or a pant leg. The keyboard keys feel good. You can turn the keyboard/mouse on and off easily. We use it for gaming and casual use.

I love the shape of the mouse and how it fits in my hand. I also really like the curve to the keyboard and the wrist rest. The other thing I find great is it has the “quiet” keys so when your typing it’s so loud at all. I hate loud keyboards. These were also super simple to set up. Very happy I now have this set to use in my office.

It took less then 5 Minutes to set up to both my computer and my phone right out of the box. There are 3 hotkeys that allow you to switch between 3 devices with a push of a button. I used the usb plug to connect the keyboard and mouse to my computer, and blue tooth to connect the keyboard on my phone. I have a samsung S9+ and am able to type with no problems using this keyboard on my phone. The ergonomic design of the keyboard makes it comfortable to type. There is a pad attached to the bottom of the keyboard for your hands to rest comfortably. The mouse works great and has a slot in the battery compartment to store the usb reciever when not in use. Overall I am very happy with this combo

Unfortunately the wireless comm is set up in such a way that it interfered with the wifi signal from my router/AP setup causing the wifi connection to drop periodically. Neither Dell nor Logitech had a workable solution to resolve the issue so I returned the keyboard and mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible keyboard, mouse is OK. Be aware - Dell Canada sells FRENCH version. Keyboard layout is highly unusual. And I the tactile response is somewhat sticky - typing experience is slow and awkward. I hoped that keyboard and mouse change their destination in sync, but no, 1-2-3 on the keyboard is separate from 1-2-3 on the mouse. So if you want to switch the combo from one computer to another, you do it separately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why didn't I get it sooner? This wireless keyboard and mouse combo is perfect for multitaskers like me! I'm almost never on just one device (particularly at work or when working from home). At work I use a desktop, android cell phone and iPad. Texting a long message to coworkers or responding to emails on it can be tedious if my computer isn't loading fast enough. I can only type on an android keyboard so fast, but this keyboard makes multitasking so much easier! I can connect to 3 different devices with just the push of a button on the keyboard and same with the mouse. My main computer I use the USB dongle to connect the keyboard and mouse to the desktop and my keyboard and mouse have them identified as #1. I also connected my cell phone to the keyboard via bluetooth and it is identified as #2. Then I connected my iPad to the keyboard as #3. Since my cell and iPad I didn't need the mouse connected to them. I did connect the mouse to my chromebook as #2 since it isn't touchscreen. I love having the ability to just press a dedicated number button on the keyboard and it switch which device I'm connected to. They keyboard is also easily labeled for shortcuts to android, apple, and windows devices so it can perform differently depending on the type of device it's connected too. Also the scroll bar on the mouse can be adjusted for speed. Seriously so many awesome features and uses you can get out of these you will not be sorry you got it.

I'm an older lady and the instructions were easy for me to understand and read. They are made of great quality and work so great with my computer. The keys are easy to press. I have other Logitech mouse and keyboards that support multiple devices through Bluetooth and wifi. This combo performs far better than MX Anywhere2S, K830, and K480. The mouse in this combo is M720 that I also have a separated one. Switching to another device takes less than 2 seconds. The only draw back is that you need to switch the keyboard and mouse separately. The initial pairing is very fast too.

It is comfortable and responsive. However, Logitech has placed 2 seldom (if ever) used function keys between the and keys which changed the size and position of both keys. The mouse fits my hand comfortably. However, Logitech made a "booboo" with the placement of the button used to select the various devices to which you might want to connect. It is in the customary placement of the "back" button and is usually what gets pressed when attempting to press the "back" button. There is no option to disable the button for changing devices. This is a good keyboard combined with a "could be better" mouse. I have opted to use my Logitech MX Master mouse. The may drawback of my version of that mouse is that it is the one with the re-chargeable battery.

At startup and login "num" lock seems to be inactive so have to use the number keys above the letter keys if your login contains numbers, and 2. Sometimes there is a lag between keying in and appearing on screen, and 3. Sometimes the mouse does not work for a few moments. Other than these three issues, I am very satisfied with the wireless keyboard and mouse. Set-up was OK, but the instructions supplied are totally inadequate. Better instructions online.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy sync and use. This keyboard and mouse were very easy to sync with my Precision 5530. The keyboard has taller keys that too a little getting use to after the low profile keyboards. It is very comfortable to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Fit and Helps Ease our Life As a busy mom of four kids and 1 fur baby, simplicity around here is KEY. I LOVE having this keyboard as not only does it work with my smart tv but I can also hook it up to my laptop and use it as more of a desktop. It fits my smaller hands perfectly and there is no extra reaching or stretching to hit the keys. The mouse is a great add on when using my laptop on the desk. My keypad on my laptop is starting to go out so I LOVE having an extra mouse when needed. Even better that it's wireless as my 1 year old likes to yank on cords.

In addition, I thought the mouse overly complicated, especially since I do not do any high-interaction gaming. I used my Dell Awards $ to get a similar Dell wireless desktop, which I hope will be an improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy toggle with 3 devices I love the ease of use with this product and the fact that it keeps my desk neat. I quickly connected the mouse and keyboard to 2 laptops and an ipad and can toggle among them by selecting 1, 2, or 3, on the mouse and keyboard. No more moving a keyboard out of the way to bring the second laptop or ipad closer to me. I set up my equipment in the morning and don't have to rearrange my desk at all to work on a different device. This is especially nice when I have video conferencing set up and don't want to alter my background by moving my computer. I didn't realize how much I was doing this throughout the day until I set up this Logitech device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The greatest thing about logitech is the unifying software. No longer do we have to throw away keyboard and mouse sets when employees break or misplace their fobs... They could also get a travelling mouse and only take up one usb port.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good on paper The ability to connect to multiple devices is nice (I don't use it--I just wanted a keyboard with better build quality and a mouse with more accuracy), but the keyboard itself is not great.. Feedback from the keys is minimal and feels unfulfilling, and with bluetooth OR the unified receiver, I get brief periods where the letter I was typing repeats a dozen times. Not to mention that I periodically have to reset the keyboard connection to make it work. Mouse--Coming from wireless gaming mice this one is pretty inaccurate. 3/5 would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great new design Previously I used the KM710 series KB/M set and/or the performance MX and MX Master mice. I recently moved to the KM850 KB/M set do to the mobile size and adoption of the performance series ergonomics. Added bonus' are that the KB/M can both be paired with 3 devices and swapped between them with the push of a button and the battery life is impeccable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great when you are running multiple machines As a technician I have a MAC, Windows PC, and tablet at my desk, I didn't need a KVM switch since everything had there on displays this solved the issues and kept my desk clean. I do recommend going and getting the latest Bluetooth driver updates installed from the manufacture before you first connect. But it is a desk and time saving option that these set offers

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 2019 "go to" wireless combo for users I am IT Tech and provide tools for users. One thing that helps me decide what tools to purchase is efficiency. I have a manager that is very tech savvy that needed a new keyboard and mouse. He has nothing but positive feedback for this set. It comes with a wireless dongle but he is using the Bluetooth. I am getting ready to purchase another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features for those who multi-task Product is as described and easy to setup with or without dongle for those who prefer Bluetooth only. I consistently have at least 2 devices daily and the simple 3 second tap on the keyboard lets me toggle smoothly to the specified device. I find it better to do that before the mouse if both are needed.

Countless typos n my emals, reports, etc make t completely mpractcal to use. for ths alone wll not be purchang ths again. the actual alpha keyboard s the exact same sze of my laptop keyboard. had expected that ths wll be larger than the keyboard on my laptop and t s not. that the 'I' key doesn't work and that the keyboard s no bgger than my laptop, the only advantage has been that it s wireless. Logtech products have been a favorte of mne for years. Had hoped 'd be able to wrte a more favorable revew. I will not be buying ths product agan. would lke to return this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works with a Mac OS I plugged the bluetooth USB in the back of my Apple Thunderbolt Display and so far, it's been working for several weeks with no issues. I haven't tried additional functionality yet, but it appears you can configure the keyboard and mouse to work with three different laptops.
