Great product except for super bad documentation
Firstly, kudos to CDW for shipping this so fast. I got the printer faster than I got the special paper I ordered for it from Amazon.
The printer works great, pretty easy to use. My big complaint is the documentation. I went to the Okidata website to take a look at the manual. Found it no problem but it was all blank pages! Maybe it was in secret invisible digital ink ;-).
Per instructions on the paper I was supposed to feed through the manual feeder. But, the printer wouldn't grab the paper. So, I used the input trays and that worked well. But I was afraid of jams in the fuser so I would hold the paper up to the rollers in the manual feed and it would go.
But, after a few of those a sheet went in crooked and was wound around the fuser. Short story, I just paid $202.00 for a replacement fuser for a printer that printed less than 10 pages.
I googled jams and found a video (not from okidata). Turns out there is a blue button in the manual tray that I needed to press and the tray would pop up to the feed rollers. This probably would have prevented the jam. I have never seen anything like this. I worked many years with laser printers including HPs, Xeroxs, Lexmarks and one Oki about 10 years ago. Never seen anything like this. I would have had to have seen in it documentation somewhere but the quick start docs didn't mention it and the oki site doc was blank!
Can't believe the crappiness of this. $202 and I feel like I was set up by okidata.

C332 Okidata Color Printer
This is our second OKI color printer. The first one (C5150) lasted 15+ years. I knew that when it came time to replace it (only because the transfer belt had been discontinued) the decision to go back with another OKI product was a no-brainer. This C332 is identical in function as the older model. I have always had great service from OKI products.
