I will have no problem with putting it in my luggage when going on a cruise or flying, there is no way it could get damaged. It is built to last. If you have trouble putting your tablet in your new case, call customer service, they can email you a link to a video that shows how to put it together. OtterBox has great customer service.

Of course, there is the monkey proof protection and the great tilt stand feature all make the Otterbox a must have for all of my tablets and phones.
