The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the defender series for the Pixel XL came with a front screen guard and this model case did not. Otherwise than that, once again, it's a great case and I'll continue buying OtterBox cases in the future.

But most importantly I love how it protects my phone. I have hard dropped it once already and no dings or cracks or scratches. I have long been a lover of the Defender series and won't buy anything but for my cell phones!!!

Since I wear the case on my right side, I already got used to the “reverse flip “ one has to perform to put the phone in the holster with my pixel 2, so that doesn’t bother me as much as it did some reviewers.

I specifically bought this because it said it would work with the new pixel wireless charger. It initially connects and starts charging and then stops. That is disappointing. I have read other reviews stating the same. I have also read reviews that says it does work. Not sure why. It does fit nicely and provide plenty of protection as you would expect from an OtterBox but no wireless charge is a deal breaker for me.
